Quesco Cabinets

Two years ago I had Quesco cabinets installed in my new kitchen. After about 6 months, I noticed one swing out shelf rubbed. Todd came and put in a shim, problem fixed. Now after 2 years, and long after they had my money, the bracket from that shelf seems to have come loose. I called. Todd said he'd have someone look at it when they were in my general area. After 1 week, sure enough, Todd called to say someone would be out today. It is sad that we are amazed when a company stands by their work and materials and pays attention to customers. But...Todd does. I recommend them completely.

I came in for an estimate for our kitchen cabinets. I didn't know anything about cabinets. I was immediately greeted by Todd who was so friendly and knowledgable. He gave me an overview of cabinet styles, prices, and how the design, ordering, installation process works. When I told him some of the ideas I was thinking of, he went out of his way yo pull out design photos based on my preferences! They offer complimentary design services. So I went back the next day with my kitchen room measurements. It was 5pm (closing time). To my surprise, 10am the next morning I was sent 3 design drawings and 2 quotes based on my cabinet style choices. I am impressed with their professionalism and prompt response!
