I have been working with the folks at Rotella kitchen design center for about 20 years and I couldn't be happier. From the beginning they have been very professional and efficient. They know all the latest products and materials available so there's never any surprises with my kitchen order. Things arrive correct and on time. You can't often say that about the big box stores. When you have to keep a schedule and cabinets run on a 4-6 week lead time, this saves headaches and money. On top of all that, they're just all around nice people to work with. JoAnn has been a blessing in order to find challenges in the design and give alternative to fix any problems. She does not want to sell you just the most expensive stuff, but those materials that really match your style. You can tell she listens and understands what a customer wants. I found a very high level of style in their products as well as in their recommendations. I do not hesitate to recommend Rotella to anyone in the area that is in the remodeling process! I cannot wait to see everything put together in out new master bathroom!
