The Insider Studio is a cabinetry resource in San Francisco specializing in custom kitchen and bath cabinet design as well as cabinets for all rooms in your home. Our clients are interior designers, architects and homeowners all over the Bay area, including the Peninsula, Lake Tahoe, Napa, Sonoma, and San Jose. We specialize in design, cabinetry logistics and configuration. We have incredible customer service and support, we can help you create your dream home. Our in house designers and staff excel at listening to your needs and will match you with high quality products and services that work for your project’s style, concept and budget. We have been in the business since 1999. Our extensive years of experience are combined with knowledge of the latest products, trends, technology and sustainability in cabinet materials, construction and finishes. We keep current on what’s new in our industry and are proud of our work. Our goal is to make your cabinetry experience positive, successful and worry-free for your new build or remodel. We love our clients! We provide more personal attention, customer service and an exceptional product selection than a big box shop without the costs of a designer boutique. The Insider Studio is the perfect place to begin your project. Our showroom has samples, inspiration and expert staff to get you started. Our in-house designers will review your room dimensions and create 3D images and floor plans to help you visualize concepts. Our manufacturers' cabinets are built to order, fitting the unique footprint of your home, maximizing storage and functionality. We specialize in cabinetry, we do not install or get involved with the soft finishing process. Our support system will refer you to our network of trusted contractors, architects and interior designers to complete your project.

I would recommend kat to anyone looking for a beautifully designed kitchen.. Kat listens attentively to all of your needs and concerns and is very responsive. If you run into any problems, she’s very good at finding a solution . Also, she has a large selection of good quality brands to recommend.. I also found it very useful being able to visit her workshop which has several kitchen displays.

Kat at Timeless Kitchens is amazing to work with and the cabinets turned out beautifully. Kat did a great job of creating a design that met my desired budget and stylistic preferences, and she proactively raised certain considerations that I otherwise would never have considered as someone managing renovations for the first time. Kat was also very patient in walking me through the process and always responded to any questions promptly. I cannot recommend Kat and Timeless Kitchens highly enough!

My designer recommended Timeless Kitchen and Kat to me. This was the only place I went to for my cabinets and did not have to shop around. I was super impressed by Kat and her team who really took the time to understand my needs and make recommendations and provide design ideas. Kat was super easy to work with and always followed up in a timely manner. Kat is a true professional and the quality of her work speaks for itself. Don't waste your time shopping around just call Kat!

My contractor recommended Kat at Timeless Kitchens for my kitchen remodel and I’m so glad that he did. I had a list of priorities and design ideas already and was not changing the footprint so I decided to do the design work myself. There are still many, many decisions to make and Kat was professional, frank, and easy to work with even though I’m sure I asked a lot more from her due to inexperience. She also provided helpful 3D renderings. The most important part of working with Kat and TK is that you immediately feel that you are getting their full attention and the straight truth. There’s enough stress with remodeling already...it’s a relief to trust that your biggest expense, the cabinetry, is in good hands. With Kat’s help I chose a cabinet line that was the perfect look and price point for me.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and laundry room and selected Timeless Kitchens to provide the cabinetry. In total, the project cost over $200K. We were delighted with Caro’s design work and custom cabinets. Caro was recommended to us by our designer. After our project was completed, our general contractor said he never wanted to work with anyone else on cabinets. Caro gets things right first time. She collaborated with us, our designer and contractor and reworked the design until we were all satisfied. She has a wealth of experience that kept us on the right track (e.g., where to use pull-out drawers, where to place the sink and faucet, which swing-out blind corner shelves are best). She kept us on track with the timeline. Once the work was underway, we needed to make a few adjustments and Caro jumped into action. She is very proactive; made sure we were happy. We’d 100% recommend Caro and Timeless Kitchens. She’s a pleasure to work with and the end result is fantastic.

Kat Tragos at Timeless Kitchen’s in San Francisco helped us create our dream kitchen. She is a true expert with many years of experience in kitchen design. She is NOT a pushy salesperson. There was never any pressure at any point. She guides you with logic and gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision. She won our trust instantly by both her knowledge and by just being a nice person. She walked us through their cabinet and countertop selections giving us the pros and cons of each. When we needed an opinion, she gave it and gave the reason behind it. She knew every detail that needed to be worked out. She came out to our house and met with our contractor who was also very impressed with her knowledge. Kat is passionate about designing kitchens based on your needs and desires. She is truly amazing! She was able to do all this while keeping us within our budget. The final product is something we just can’t believe. It’s just so pretty! My wife and I just stand in the kitchen and just stare at it. The contractor also mentioned the quality of the cabinetry is really good. One other note. We live in an Eichler house which has its own special challenges in both function and design. Fortunately, she had worked on Eichler’s before. It was not a problem. We were so lucky to have found Kat and highly recommend her!

We worked with Kat at Timeless Kitchens for our full kitchen remodel and had a great overall experience. We needed to replace all of our cabinets and Kat did an excellent job of explaining all of the options at various price points. She did a particularly good job of highlighting the pros and cons (esp relative to cost) of the various cabinet types. Kat was on point about timelines and how that differed slightly among manufacturers. The 3D model she created of our kitchen was a very good representation of the finished product. Kat communicated well throughout the process and she worked with our contractor behind the scenes to make sure things went smoothly. We needed a couple of small pieces to be replaced and she handled that promptly as well. I would recommend Kat and Timeless Kitchens to anyone!

My contractor (Stephen Bruno Demartis) recommended that I work with Kat Tragos at Timeless Kitchens. I have a two unit building in Noe Valley. I rent out the top unit and live in the bottom. Both units needed kitchens and bathrooms. Kat did an excellent job with the kitchen design and bathroom vanities. The quality and functionality of the cabinets met my expectations. The price was reasonable for what I wanted ($58,000 total for cabinets for both kitchens, all counter tops, and both bathroom vanities). I could have gone cheaper, but if I had to do it over, I would have gone more upscale. Kat made excellent recommendations but wasn't pushy. She was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Before I chose Timeless Kitchens to work with I went to the Big Box stores for estimates. The sales people were not very helpful or knowledgeable. At one of the Big Box stores the salesman told me not to use their contractors for installation as "We've had some problems with them." I've heard numerous horror stories about remodeling projects gone awry, but my project went smoothly and was completed on time. This I attribute to Kat and my contractor.
