Dealing with The Kitchen & Bath Gallery has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had! Below is a copy of an email that I sent to Sherry back in August of 2021, and to date, nothing has been done to remedy their sub-standard work: Sherry, I'm reaching out to you today because my wife's previous requests for a call back have gone unanswered. My name is xxxxxxxxxxxxx, and your company recently removed and re-installed a new kitchen island for me. All appeared to be going well until the end of the day when they attempted to re-install our existing granite. At this time, the installers realized that they made an error when measuring the granite top and advised that I would need to order replacement panels for the island, and once I had them, they would come back to fix the problem. In honesty, I thought it was odd that the contractor was asking me to order and pay for the replacement parts when he acknowledged making a mistake, but despite this, I paid the contractor ~90% of the balance, and they left. As time went on, I thought more and more about the contractors' solution' and ultimately determined that I wasn't going to be happy with it, so I bit the bullet and paid $2500 for a new piece of granite, thus eliminating the need for him to return. Or so I thought. When the granite installers arrived, they quickly pulled me aside and advised me that they wouldn't be able to install the countertop because of how un-level it was. Knowing that I need a functional kitchen, I asked them to install it anyway. They agreed but stated that they weren't going to guarantee it because it wasn't adequately supported. So here I am, beyond frustrated because I paid for a 'professional' install that resulted in less than professional results, and I can't even get a callback. I hope that you will review the attached photos and agree that the quality of work is not in keeping your your high standards and promptly reach out to us with a day and time that a crew will be out to fix these issues.
