Close To Home

We spent over $5000 on bathroom fixtures from this company in the past 6 months and have experienced the second fixture FAILURE. Two serious floods, one that went down TWO floors. This company has not backed the product they sold nor offered any reasonable solutions!!! They should be out of business by the end of the year! Supposed “high end” toilet and shower head, not even close to home!

I have worked with Frank and his staff at Close To Home for nearly seven years now. First, I must say that they have an incredible kitchen and bath plumbing fixture and hardware showroom that is one of the best in upper Vermont area. Second, they have a fantastic staff that not only are extremely friendly and professional but are also are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have an enormous building product resource center that always is updated with the greatest and the best in design in the market.
