Ital Kitchens

Hired Ital Kitchen in 2013. The owner Marcello Petricca sold me a Diemme Italian kitchen from Italy. It took Ital Kitchen six months to have the kitchen partially delivered and partially installed. Two years later and the kitchen is still not finished. Marcello wanted full payment prior of finishing the kitchen and replacing many defected drawer fronts and doors. I refused to pay him the final payment which was to be paid up on completion. He took me to Small Claims Court. In January 2015, the court made judgement against Ital Kitchens for $ 11, 832 to be paid to me. Ital Kitchen is evading payment Be warned!
