Next Plumbing Supply

I've had them do work for me twice already. The first time was for my tub replacing the faucet and drain. Done by Michael Dononhue.Excellent work and service. I purchased what I wanted & it was installed by him. Today I had a sink put in by Tony Yauger. He did a fabulous job and it looks great! I'd recomment them highly to anybody needing work done. They are a great company and have great workers who care about the job they're doing. Cleaned up and moved things family wanted saved for me as well. Amazing work. I purhcased the sink and faucet he installedl.

I went into the Next Plumbing Supply showroom knowing nothing about toilets. The lady in the showroom named Melissa mislead me into buying a Toto toilet that was very expensive. She was very pushy and kept talking about how the Toto toilets and the model UltraMax II was the best.. I am a 5'2 tall person with a slim frame. This toilet is too big for me and my feet do not touch the ground when I sit on it. Because my plumber installed it and threw away the box, the owner refuses to do anything about this. I spoke to a lady named Mila/ the Showroom Manager on the phone. She was rude and would not even give me the name of the owner so I could speak to him directly. She said she did not have to and I was not allowed to speak to the owner. They have quality products but they do not care about you the customer. Melissa manipulated me into buying a toilet. She never told me to try it, sit on it, etc. I did not find out until later, you are suppose tor "try out" the toilets when you sit on them. BUYER BEWARE, Next Plumbing is shady. They will deceive you into making the "sell".

Great professional advice and ideas for my bathroom project. Suggestions and options were made that really helped me (but now I need to rethink the project). Spent a lot of time discussing and showing me different designs. Really appreciate the effort and will use them again (and for this project).
