Republic's Collection

Massachusetts' premier bath and kitchen showroom with 5 locations from Worcester to the South Shore featuring interactive displays of top industry brands. Republic Plumbing Supply, the parent company of Republic's Collection, was originally established in 1912 as Republic Pipe and Electric Supply in Roxbury Massachusetts. The now flagship location on Route 1 in Norwood opened as a branch in 1960. However, when Republic changed ownership and was purchased by Bill Duggan in 1977, the Norwood location became the go to place for all plumbers in the area. Norwood was then named as the corporate headquarters. In the early 1980s, Bill felt a change was coming to the industry and the public was moving away from the standard white toilets and wall hung sinks that were popular during that era. People were gravitating to a more custom look for their kitchen and bathrooms. Bill saw an opportunity to provide people a place to see all the different products available for a kitchen or bathroom at a great price. Thus, Bill opened a plumbing showroom in the Norwood location becoming the first of its kind in the area and was a great success. Kitchen and bath showrooms were later added to the Framingham, Grafton and Pembroke locations along with a stand alone location in Weymouth on Route 3A in 2003. Republic recently outgrew the Weymouth location and moved to a beautifully remodeled building at 286 Bridge St. (Route 3A) in Weymouth.
