Michael Baker did exceptional work building my deck.. I had issues with his scheduling work.. He didn't always show up on days he committed to. He replaced my bathtub with a complete new shower install.. in October 2020.. it is now the end of February 2021 and he has yet to return to adjust the shower temperature even after promising to return on several occasions.. I've been taking chilling showers ever since! Hold back money till everything is done to your satisfaction. He lacks professionalism in customer service. It will eventually catch up with him.

Do not pay Mike until the job is completed. Should not be this hard. Been there and made that mistake. Good job but finish the job.

Mike refurbished 2 bathrooms in my house in 2017. While they look great, we ran into a serious problem with the plumbing vent pipe. When we run the hot water in either bath room there is now an extremely annoying loud knocking in the walls. We had a number of problems with his plumber. The problem is in the vent pipe. We had no knocking prior to the refurbishing of the bathrooms. Mike returned a few times and was never able to fix the knocking. The last time he came over, we agreed that he would come back and open the wall in the master bathroom to try and locate and fix the problem, but he never came back. I never herd from him again. It's to bad that he acted in such an unprofessional manor and failed to complete the job.

TradeMark remodeled our entire house to include full kitchen, ceramic tiled bath, hardwood floors, moving walls, granite counter tops as well as painting the entire interior. Mike is dependable, honest and is on the job site each and everyday. He handled exceptions flawlessly and stuck to his word. His finish work is at the level of a craftsman. You will not be sorry if you hire this outstanding professional.

We used them to finish our basement - two bedrooms, a bath, and a family room. Very organized. Prompt. Invoices were well documented. High quality of workmanship. Sensitive to our time commitment - worked over time to meet our goals. Subcontractors were also of high quality and professionalism.

He has done several jobs for me over the past 4 years. 1. Exterior work involving replacing bulkhead and restoring garden storage shed. 2. Built a new shed for snow blower 3. Completely renovated my kitchen. 4. Replaced entry way doors and storm doors. 5. Completely renovated my bathroom. 6. Painted main floor interior walls and ceilings including doors and trim. Installed new attic door. He has been on time, within budget and on schedule for completion.
