This company is the absolute worst I have dealt with. They canceled the start date twice which costed me money because I took time off from work. They sent the one installer ill prepared. Didn’t have necessary materials. Left holes, voids and wood exposed. Walls a slanted. Material is scuffed up. Caulk is already turning yellow after only 31/2 weeks. Busted a pipe which I had to call my own plumber to repair. The shower doors they installed won’t stay shut cause they are not leveled. The lines on the panels don’t line up. They did not install what I asked for but what they had. After I complained and refused to pay the balance we had a meeting. The installer. They’re main installer dude. They’re main supervisor and the supposed VP Brian. After a bunch of promises and a discussion a plan was set in place and Brian begged for a 2nd chance for his company to make things right. A month later and I am still waiting on them. The installer showed up today with again what they must have had laying around the shop. All these people do is lie and cheat. I literally had this lady Bea on the line telling one thing that the installer was gonna do and the installer telling what he couldn’t do. Do not trust these people. Anyone is better than them. Don’t matter who you get, it will be an improvement. Hector Andino

We agreed the initial work was not to our standard. All County One Day Bath replaced the system and in addition we reframed and sheet rocked the right side wall. We also sheet rocked the left side wall; taped and spackled all ready for paint . This was all outside the contracted work and all at no additional charge.

After the install was complete we supplied a new shower door; also at no charge. We have attached a final image clearly showing the customer is using the shower routinely.

Upon completion the customer has evaded and never remitted the final payment; which was 50% of the original contracted amount. We requested the BBB's assistance in obtaining that balance.
