“Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“Val made our dreams come true. Our construction project included removing walls, adding a walk-in shower, removing a bathtub (that requires rearranging plumbing for a new soak tub, etc. ) Their creativeness and management of the project from beginning to end with minimal interference by us was a great experience . Val was on top of every detail and kept communicating with me on a daily basis. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.”

“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “Complete kitchen remodel, gutted and rebuilt. Replaced flooring entire downstairs. Remodeled fireplace. Remodeled downstairs and upstairs guest bathrooms. Deborah was amazing! Her professional knowledge and experience, her attention to detail was incredible, she ran the crew with high expectations. She reviewed our project as if it were her own, caring about every little detail. The communication the project progress was frequent and complete, leaving nothing in doubt. Our father passed away in our home during the construction. Her comforting compassion and sincerity was overwhelming, as was the crews. She told us when we were ready to resume to let her know. We would hire them again in a heart beat!”

We must have interviewed 7 other contractors, and we were so gratified we went with Steve. Deeply knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, scrupulous about every detail, straightforward about everything, highly procedural about documentation and project milestones, and a man you can trust. Plus Steve has a terrific designer on his team, Ling Antido, who understands the subtleties of influencing her clients design decisions. Whereas I credit Steve with the quality of our remodeled kitchen, it was Ling who guided us through our design decisions. We will turn to them for our next project, without hesitation.”

“Dave Telem, owner of Dave's Remodeling, Inc. supervised and coordinated various projects to upgrade the function and appearance of my home in the Pacific Palisades. Kitchen upgrades included new quartz countertops, a new stainless steel farmhouse sink, a microwave drawer, and a new dishwasher. The laundry room was completely remodeled with new cabinetry & countertops, flooring, and washer and dryer. Cabinets in the family room and kitchen were repainted, and the master bath shower floor was replaced. Overall, the quality of work was excellent, and work was completed on schedule. I would not hesitate to use Dave's Remodeling services for my future needs.”

“I called four contractors for a estimates on a new fully permitted bathroom on the second floor bonus room above the garage. Sergio responded in a timely manner. We setup an appointment for him to look at the space. The space is very small. His quote was very reasonable and one of the best out of the four contractors. Sergio and his crews arrives early as scheduled on Monday and proceeded to demo. They updated me at the end of the day everything they work on that day. Which was very helpful on the status of the construction. They work through Saturday and they even work on one Sunday to finish the job. The whole crew were a pleasure to work with at all time. I am so glad I contacted Sergio for this job. He is a pleasure to work. He explain to me what and why needed to be done. He also recommended to me where to purchase the bathroom tiles, vanity & faucet. He even installed my new garbage disposal at no cost. I am very happy with the new bathroom, it look fantastic. The workman craft was excellent and beyond my expectation. I definitely will work with Sergio and his teams again in the future. I would totally recommend working with this company again.”

“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”
