Shawn did the baseboards and the dry wall in my condo, due to water leak damage from the upstairs unit. Not only was his estimate very reasonable, he was also very friendly and worked non-stop. Most importantly, the quality of his work is deserving of the 5-stars for this review/evaluation. In addition to the baseboards (the whole condo) and repair/painting of the water damaged dry wall, he also fixed a leaking garden hose by the patio, installed dining table lights, and kitchen kick boards WITHOUT CHARGE. He has a ready smile and is very reliable in correcting any flaw that he may have not noticed. I highly recommend him for any house remodeling jobs that he says he can do.
