Moe and Cypress Homes, Inc helped us build our dream home. We bought a small home that our family quickly outgrew. We looked at purchasing a larger home but finally decided to expand and completely remodel our home due the desirable location for our family. We spoke with many contractors but ultimately decided on Moe and Cypress. They were fantastic from day one until we moved in. Moe helped and guided us through the many steps involved in completing the process. He was great during the design review to get the building approval, he directed us to select the perfect finishes at great prices. He is very experienced, organized and knowledgeable but we were mostly impressed with his honesty and ethics. Our home is now 4 years old and looks as good as the day it we moved in. The quality of built is superior with great attention to detail and artist eye for ultimate design. We have heard all the horror stories of remodeling but are very fortunate to have a very positive experience with Cypress. We would like recommend Moe and Cypress for all your contraction needs and have referred him to several friends and family.

Moe has been a pleasure to work with and very considerate about our privacy and comfort since we were living with the renovation! We love our new space.

This was the final phase in the construction of our three unit property. The first phase involving a guest house cottage in the back was completed a year earlier. As anyone who has been involved in building and remodeling will tell you, construction is for the stouthearted among us. We were fortunate, though, to have Moe Nobari of Cypress Homes for a contractor. Amazingly, he came in on budget and on schedule. What is more, the quality of work was first rate and his response to our wishes prompt and courteous. It was great that we had him on our side through the thick and thin of construction, and would recommend him without hesitation.

We purchased a new home directly from Moe Nobari, owner of Cypress Homes, in 2005. We have been in our home for nine years and we are overall very pleased with the design, quality, and construction of our house. Moe teamed up with Carl Bridges, an experienced architect from San Francisco. Given the challenges of a sloping lot, they came up with a very successful design. The interior finishes are high quality, especially the master bath and kitchen. In addition, wherever possible, we have ceilings that are 10" or higher. And we also enjoy larger outdoor decks with bay and city views.
