Dan Martin Construction LLC

Our first project with Dan Martin Construction was a major kitchen renovation project and we are pleased to recommend them highly. With our 100-year-old house, we were very particular about quality materials and workmanship, and Dan and his crew met all our expectations. I'd heard stories of constractors starting jobs and then taking months to finish, but Dan's team started as planned and the work was completed, as promised, by Christmas. It was a complicated project; we completely gutted the old kitchen and then moved a wall, added and replaced windows, replaced old knob-and-tube wiring, and then installed a beautiful new kitchen in keeping with the age of the house. There were a few design challenges and we'd asked several other constructors, but only Dan came up with creative and quality solutions at a significantly lower cost. During the renovation, Dan wasn't thrown by any of the obstacles that always occur, but stayed positive as he guided us toward quality resolutions. The whole crew all did quality work and were a pleasure to have in our home. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who asks. Since this project, Dan Martin Construction has completed two other projects for us, one bathroom remodel in 2018 and another bathroom remodel in 2019.

We were very pleased with the total renovation of our master bathroom performed by Dan Martin and his crew. This involved demolition, insulation, carpentry, tiling, electrical and plumbing work, and painting. All employees were skilled in their respective trades. The project was completed within the budget established at the outset.

Dan and his crew did a terrific job constructing a full bathroom for me where none existed before. They showed up every day, working long and hard, keeping the mess to a minimum, even wet-mopping my floor at the end of the day. Their workmanship was excellent and they finished before the deadline on my contract. I love my new “from scratch “ bathroom and I am happy that my project went so well, considering how many jobs of this nature do not. A very positive experience.

I can recommend Dan Martin construction without reservation to anyone. This is a professional company led by a man who treats his customers with respect. His contractors work with care for your home and are very clean at the end of each day. The skill level is high and your completed project will be the envy of others! Dan Martin Construction is awesome!! He upgraded/enhanced our Master Bedroom & bathroom. It's beautiful and the craftmanship of his team made it so. They worked hard, kept thing clean and was always keeping us up to date. It went so much better than I expected. Don't hesitate to use Dan!
