Daniel Tile, Inc.

Since the beginning fo the year, I’ve been wanting to remodel both the Master bathroom and the Guest bath, to make it easier for my elderly parents to bathe safely. I have tub/shower combinations in both bathrooms and neither had grab bars, making it very dangerous for them to get in and out of the tub. I called over 15 contractors to get an estimate, some replied, others came back with extremely high bids and some, never called back. I hired a contractor, July 2021, to start on the Master bathroom and depending how that went, we would continue with the same contractor to do the Guest bathroom. The experience with the first contractor was a disaster, work was not done correctly, his crew was constantly being pulled to other jobs, pushing back our timeline and the contractor just seemed bent on doing what he wanted and not what we wanted. The contractor cut corners in doing quality work and did not think it was necessary to cover furniture, vents etc, or use any type of air scrubbers to keep air contaminates at bay during demo. Consequently, I got very sick from the construction dust, and personally had to buy covering to protect floor and furniture, tape vents and other areas, to keep dust at bay. I told the contractor not to comeback. I was referred to Daniel Tile by an employee at a tile shop and called right away. Daniel answered on the first try which was a pleasant surprise. He came to my house the next day to look at the guest bath and sent me an estimate that evening. Compared to the many estimates I had already received that were incredibly inflated, Daniel’s estimate was very fair and agreeable for my budget. Daniel and team did not disappoint, they surpassed my expectations in getting the guest bath remodeled for many reasons but here are my highlights: 1) Crew showed up on time or communicated if they would be arriving later. 2) Kept areas clean after each day and made extra effort to minimize construction dust and debris. They covered all vents, and doorways with plastic and created a tunnel like area that sealed the rest of the home from construction dust. 3) All Daniel’s crew members were experts on the tasks they were in charge of, did excellent work and all listened to my needs. If something wasn’t exactly how I wanted, they would fix asap. This was such a contrast from previous contractor! 4) The estimate was fair and the job was finished on our deadline -three weeks. I could go on and on but I will summarize by saying that working with Daniel and team has been a great experience, I feel like my needs were heard, respected and appreciated! Thank you Daniel, Alex, Manuel, Oscar,Armando, Saul, Jose and Ruben for doing a great job! In the midst of construction craziness during Covid times, I feel fortunate to have found in Daniel Tile, honest, hard working individuals, that want to do good work! Daniel and his team have been one of my favorite vendors during my remodel. He and his team are detailed oriented and creative which results in premium results. He has gone above and beyond given I have requested a few changes once the project started. I even had my shower door vendor tell me your tile guys work is really good which made it much easier for my shower door install.
