We hired Emanuel and his team to remodel our laundry room, and they did a fantastic job. The craftsmanship was phenomenal. We wanted a lot of features outside of a typical room, and he delivered everything we sought and helped us maximize the use of our space. They went above and beyond, and even helped us bring a sketch of a custom pet litter box to life. Would highly recommend, definitely will work with them again

EA Specialty Contractors best caught the unusual vision we had for our bathroom and brought that to a beautiful reality for us. The team was super to work with, diligently careful and respectful of our property and kept the work area clean. They were attentive and thoughtful to all details and suggested some helpful improvements to make life easier in the future. Their competence is first rate and are fun to have around. If/when we have another large project before us, I’ll definitely call them to see if they can take it on. I encourage you to do the same.

Emanuel and his team of expert craftsmen do such an amazing job. The quality of their work is incredible. They are on time, very friendly and polite, and because a lot of them have worked together for a long time, they work really well together. I’m not going to say they are the least expensive contractor out there, but their rates are very reasonable, and you get what you pay for when you choose the cheapest option, so don’t!. Emanuel also stands by his work… while the work was outstanding, there are always small things when renovating that need refinement and there was never a question about those getting resolved promptly. I have had two projects done with EA and have been so pleased with both of them.

Emanuel and the entire EA Specialties team were very professional, and our job turned out better than expected, on time, and at a price we thought reasonable. The team was knowledgable and made great suggestions when we were undecided about particular details, and we often ended up implementing their suggestions. The team was patient with our involvement and flexible with our requests as the job progressed. Their attention to the details especially impressed us, and that extended to all aspects of the job. For example, the work site was clear of tools and materials and swept clean at the end of each day. We plan on using EA Specialty Contractors for future home remodeling projects.

Emanuel and his crew did an excellent job remodeling our 2 baths ( Kids and Master) In our late 70's PNW contemporary. We bought the house and became painfully aware that remodel was needed in these rooms. I contacted Emanuel via Houzz and he got back to me right away. I have experience with other remodels before and really appreciate the responsiveness throughout the whole process. He was there to answer questions, give feedback if needed and is a friendly guy too! We got a very detailed and clear estimate before anything started. The work went on smoothly as we were 900 miles away during that time. Emanuel kept us informed of the progression and contacted us right away in case of questions or last minute decision to make. His crew is super nice as well, quiet, discreet, respectful of the home they are working in : very nice guys who do a remarkable job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EA Specialty Contractor for any Kitchen and Bath remodel.

We have had many contractors working on our house over the years and Emanuel's team is by far the best in every sense. The quality was just exceptional - everyone on his crew is a true craftsman who spent time to ensure the small details and finishes were absolutely. Look at the photo of the shower pan tile.... imagine how much artistry and engineering it takes to position the center drain so beautifully. Every element from the framing to the tile to the paint to the cabinetry and hardware was managed with the same care. Emanuel and his leads were also great consultants, providing design advice, options and expertise that resulted in twice as much cabinet space/functionality. Also, they were incredibly diligent and dependable - arriving exactly when they said they would and staying as late as needed to get the job right. We are just thrilled with the outcome. I am very happy to recommend EA Specialty Contractors. The team renovated our main bathroom, replacing the vanity, shower, tub, lights, mirrors, medicine cabinet, fans; installing a heated tile floor in the bathroom and adjoining closet; taking out the toilet door and a non-load bearing wall, and painting the bathroom and closet. Emanuel, the owner, and each of his crew members were professional; respectful of our house, time and privacy; and very good at their jobs.
