We have had and are still having a wonderful experience with the team at Fascella Construction Corp. We are first time renovators, working on a historic home. Couldn’t ask for any more kindness, experience, and patience. We really feel like we work through every decision together to find solutions that work for all of us. Holly and John are Chris’s secret weapons. We could never have made it this far without this team. In fact, our one project has turned into 2 new projects. Really could not be happier.

We met with Mr. Fascella to discuss house repair projects. The job was ultimately modified and contracts were signed. It has been my pleasure to have Fascella Construction complete a number of projects for us. First of all, Chris the owner of the company cares deeply about his clients. And it seems his lovely sons are following in those same footsteps. These are good hearted people. Second, the folks who work at Fascella from the office team of Rachael, Kelsie, Liz and others are all awesome. They are communicative and on top of everything. Next, the actual construction crew is top notch professional and meticulous in all their work. They go the extra mile. There’s a great deal of talent with this crew. Their carpentry and construction skills are extensive. John the project manager stays on top of everything and communicates regularly. Our latest project was to replace a flat roof that was poorly installed and had no pitch. They obtained all the permits needed from the township, used architectural drawings and did a meticulous job! I will no longer have water or snow sitting on that part of the roof. This was a complex project. They had to raise and replace windows and siding, and even put Tyvek on those parts of the house where it was previously lacking. No detail was missing. They installed new sky lights…and even added extra pieces of trim to make it more aesthetically pleasing. The new fascia board and trim all matched the rest of the house, and it was not an easy color to match! I also had them replace the railings on my side porch. Again, it was done with the highest quality product to last forever. When I first moved into my older farmhouse, I met Chris Fascella and he and his crew worked on a number of exterior projects that needed immediate attention. That was 6 years ago, and they engendered trust then as they do now. I could go on and on. I’ve referred Fascella to my best friend and they renovated her kitchen so now it looks like a room out of House Beautiful magazine. When you go with Fascella, you are going to get nothing but highest quality and excellence!

Fascella did a great job with our primary bathroom, and a few months later a great job with our kitchen. Holly the designer was easy to collaborate with, and accommodated all of our wishes. The Fascella workers that did the demo and installations were all polite, professional, and truly pleasant to be around. Plus they were good with our crazy dog. My girlfriend’s finished basement was flooded last summer and she asked me to find an honest contractor to do the repairs. It’s not always easy to find a contractor that won’t take advantage of you, and with her living in Pennsylvania and me living in Houston, I figured it would be a pretty tough chore. Right from the start Chris, owner of Fascella Construction Corp, was very responsive. I had contacted 3 other contractors and only one other came out to give me an estimate, which I never received. Chris was out 3 times to go over my deck project with me before it even started. My main concern was finding a honest, reliable contractor who would deliver on what they promised. The experience of his crew, Craig, Kaden, Mike and Connor was evident from day one. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made it comfortable for me as a single woman to approach them and ask questions. More importantly, my 3 pups liked them and over the 2 weeks of the project, bonded with them. I think they are missing the guys now that the deck is done. The crew was always hard at work, only breaking for lunch or a sudden shower. Never did I see them on their cell phones, smoking or hanging out. I will definitely call upon Chris Fascella first for future projects.

Another fantastic job by Fascella Construction! This was our second big project with Chris and crew. Our basement was refinished to include a wet bar, TV room, Office, Library room, full bath with shower, and a washer/dryer hook up. The stairs leading to the basement were refinished as well. We are so pleased with the results. The work was completed on time and within our stated budget. We had the pleasure of working with Holly to help us select materials. She was invaluable. The crew is professional, friendly and more than competent. We’ve come to know them all by name and enjoyed having them around. Our project manager, John, was always easy to reach. John and/or Chris were on site each day of work. Their attention to detail gave us peace of mind. We will not look anywhere else for our next projects. Fascella is the best!

If I could give them 6 stars I would! From start to finish, Fascella Construction (Chris, Craig, Marilyn, John, Dan and Wes, Connor and Mike!) was beyond helpful and efficient in helping us to turn an old "loft" into a third bedroom/nursery. As new homeowners, the idea of construction on the house was a bit complicated for first-timers, including the permits, inspections, figuring out work schedules for us to be home, and the pandemic going on. Fascella Construction was flexible, dedicated, and extremely helpful for us throughout the entire process. Chris Fascella came out to help us understand what we could do and how we could go about completing our project. Chris is a great example of what his company embodies: kindness, dedication, experience, and helpfulness. Once we had a better idea of what we wanted to achieve, the ball got rolling very quickly as Marilyn was there to help us through calls and emails as we navigated our way through our townships permit process. During the review period, Marilyn checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and she was able to answer any questions we had. She was and is a superstar and a great human being! Once we had the permits were all set, construction began and it was impressive to see the guys work so efficiently and with dedication as well. On the first day, Craig and the guys were able to get most of the work done. John was always around and available by phone to schedule inspections and to check in to see what worked best for us and our schedule. Wes and Dan, the electricians, were professional and dedicated to their craft. All of the crew (John, Dan, Wes, Craig, Connor, and Mike) were all great human beings who were respectful and just good people to have around. We plan on using Fascella in the future with whatever plans we may have. I highly recommend you give them a call and give them a chance to show you how awesome they all are! This is the second project that we have had completed by Fascella Construction. Our first one was a completely new master bathroom. The project went well and was completed on time. Almost 3 years later and we still love our bathroom and everything is as perfect as the day it was completed. The second project was replacement windows and repair of a wall and install of a new window in our laundry room. Again work was done expertly and on time. We than had the outside or the laundry room sided. It looks beautiful and my husband no longer will have to do exterior painting!! The team here doing the work are polite, clean up after themselves, and always are willing to go the extra mile for a job well done.

I had some moisture damage and wood deterioration on a side door to a garden shed. The old door and door frame were removed and a new composite door and frame were installed. I was quite fearful the new trim would not meet the existing siding and a lot of caulking was going to be needed to seal open spaces. There were no spaces what so ever and the job was performed as skillfully as I have ever had done by any carpenter. The craftsmanship was as high quality as I have ever had done to any of my several houses over the years. I could not have been happier.

From beginning to end of our projects, everything went smoothly. We had some small repairs, dormer window replacements, a staircase replacement, and added a new bathroom. Everything Chris and team did for us is perfect.

We are so pleased with the work done by Chris and crew. There was a lot done! We have new siding, front door, garage doors, deck, portico, 3 new windows, outside lights, replacement of rotted wood, gutters replaced, cement slab replaced, regrading of yard to prevent water in the basement . When the work was done, damaged areas of the yard were graded and seeded. They even disposed of a large branch that fell in a storm. The work is high quality with attention to detail. Every crew member is like a master craftsman who takes pride in their work. Communication was constant. Marilyn kept us informed almost daily. Chris oversaw the job site regularly. The crew always let us know plans for the day. If the crew would not be on site (rare event) we knew about it. Everyday the work site was cleaned up. Chris was a great resource for our design decisions and he had great ideas of his own. It’s amazing how he coordinated everything! The estimate was very clear and on target. There were extra costs for rotted wood and new windows discovered when the old siding was removed. This was expected. Time to project completion was on target. Questions were answered immediately. Chris and Marilyn were easy to reach. Everyone was polite and respectful of our property. We highly recommend Fascella Construction. We had a tree fall on our house and destroy the entire bedroom side of our raised ranch. We interviewed many companies and knew right away that Fascella Construction would provide the best outcome! Chris and his crew just finished putting on a 700 sq. ft. addition on are home. We recently had a deck installed by Fascella. The on site crew led by Craig were top of the line professional in everything they did. Not only the construction but so many little touches from caring for the area, working with our electrician, and just being friendly. Reliable contractors are hard to find. Fascella is 5 star.

This was a small one-story addition to my 1950's cape cod home, with a footprint of approx 5'x 11'. It included removing an existing exterior wall to expand the dining area of my kitchen. From the beginning, Mr. Fascella and Co. fully understood the goals of the project and carried it to completion with the utmost professionalism. The crew (carpenters, electricians, masons) was always prompt, thorough, considerate. Not only was the work quality excellent, they were also extremely careful in preserving the extensive landscaping in the adjacent yard. Office manager Marilyn was indispensable for scheduling, paperwork, and keeping me informed every step of the way. I have included some "before" and "after" photos, which I hope are self-explanatory.

As our home was built in 1990, and our children now are grown up and have moved out, we felt it was time to update. Starting small, and initially with the bathrooms, we hired Chris Fascella and his construction company after interviewing numerous contractors. Things seemed to immedicately click with Chris and we felt very comfortable with him. The hall bathroom was completed and we were very happy, so we moved on to our master bath. For this, Chris utilized a designer, Holly, who has been a tremendous assest. The construction crew, Craig and Mike was top-notch professional, as were the painter Carl, electrician Quint and plumber Mike. A special shout-out goes to Chris' coordinator Marilyn, who could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the outcome, as well as with the entire process. Naturally, we look forward to using the Fascella Construction team for future projects.

After receiving estimates from several other contractors, I decided to go with Fascella Construction. Their ability to clearly communicate with me the costs and process, answer my questions, and make suggestions regarding the projects they were to complete – we’re all factors, that led me to my decision. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner, my home was treated with respect during the process. When a glitch was encountered as they were working, they took time to help me understand the issue and come up with a solution. I felt comfortable with the work that they did; it was done properly without shortcuts, using quality materials. I am extremely pleased with the end results!

My parents have used Fascella Construction for years for major additions & handicap modifications. This was out first time using them to replace and old rear porch of our home. The work was of the highest quality. The worker men are friendly, tidy and timely. The job was done so well that we decided, unexpectedly, to have our front porch done right away as well! Excellent job. First met and talked w/ Chris at local home show in Warminster. He was one of the very few that was not pushy - was willing to listen and not aggressive at all. My wife and I had several contractors come to give us estimates for a backyard deck / patio installation. It was a "no-brainer" choosing Fascella. Fascella is the company I call when I want something done the right way. Have used Fascella Construction many times , because I`m confident in their work.

My husband and I found Fascella Construtcion at a Home Show in Warminster, PA. We were interested in having a garage added to an already existing one attached to our home. The owner, Chris, came out to our home and spoke with us. He listened to our ideas and, from years of experience in construction, made some recommendations on what may work better . We actually took 99% of his advice and have no regrets at all. The additional garage was built in a timely fashion, and when we decided last minute to add a couple of things, Chris didn't flinch. The garage looks like it was built when the original one was. No one realizes its an addition. Chris did such a great job we called him again when we wanted French doors added to a couple of doorways in our house. Again, Chris came out to talk with us, and within a week had an estimate to us. We went with Fascella Construction again, and again had no regrets. They did a beautiful job and, as when doing the outside work, kept the work area clean and organized. Chris has a wonderful group of guys working for him - real professionals. My husband and I highly recommend Fascella Construction. They do great work and Chris is a really nice guy too!

Fascella Construction Corporation recently completed two renovation projects at our home. Upon recommendations from several neighbors, we initially approached Chris with some ideas of what we wanted. Working together, we enhanced both projects, while staying on budget - which was very important to us. Our new, beautiful deck has added valuable living space that we are enjoying each day. Chris took our cavernous, dark, boring stairwell and changed it into an impressive focal point of the main floor. It is now an open, bright space that will showcase artwork and photographs. We used Fascella Construction to replace our roof. We were very happy with the experience, and we decided to use them to remodel our bathrooms that were in desperate need of repair. They were always on time and answered our questions promptly. They were very neat, and they even vacuumed the drop cloths before leaving each night. They finished our project in a timely manner. It was all organized and well planned out. Chris is very knowledgeable and only gives you the best. Your project is well done and not rushed through. If they find something wrong along the way, they fix it. It does not get covered up. Our bathrooms look beautiful . So, if you are wondering what contractor to pick, we would highly recommend Chris.

Chris and the Fascella Corp team did a beautiful job on the addition of our side door steps and overhang. Home is only 9 years old but original builder cut corners and used cheap materials. I first met Chris Fascella of Fascella Construction at a home show in Bucks County. He was at his booth working with his kids and he was the only one at the show that didn’t stop me and try to push his business on me-trying to ‘sell’ me on something. He allowed me to come and approach him and speak with him. I explained what we were hoping to do and suggested that I take his information saying that if I want to call him in a week, in month or in a year he would be happy to work with us and come up with some ideas for our kitchen renovation and bring our space up-to-date. We met with Chris at our home shortly thereafter and he was easy to speak to, offered ideas and suggestions, even offered his input on some things he thought would work really well in our space and some things that we could do differently. We knew that we wanted to take on this project in our home and truthfully, Chris was the only contractor we contacted. I know that homeowners and business owners may solicit many bids for a multitude of reasons-time, cost, etc., but we knew right away that Fascella Construction Corp. was the business that we wanted to be associated with to work on our renovation. Chris followed up with us in less than a week with his proposal and potential renovation costs. There was no pressure to do everything that he suggested on his proposal-even though we did, and more! Chris was available every step of the way guiding us through a process that we had not been through to such an extent in our own home. He slated that everything from start to finish would take about 3 weeks total (the work was actually completed in 2 weeks, but the workmanship was not diminished in any way). We knew our family would be uprooted a little bit during this time, but in the end we all knew it would be worth it. He kept us abreast of when he thought he would be able to begin the work and he was right on time with his scheduling. Chris has aligned himself and his business with true professionals in the field to work with him. During the process he was excited to ask us how we felt about everything thus far and made suggestions during the renovations of things that he thought our family might like-but never making it feel like he was trying to ‘upsell’ us on something, but rather ideas that seamlessly tied our home together. Chris excels at his craft, it is evident in the work that he does and the pride that he takes in treating your home as if it was his own. He was quick to answer my many questions, always keeping us in the loop while we were at work and the construction that was going on at home. He sent pictures and asked us questions about design or placement or aesthetics so he didn’t do what he thought should be done, but rather did what we would want (i.e., did we want one drawer knob in the middle of the cabinet drawer or two drawer knobs-one at each end of the drawer) he never drew inferences-he asked. That’s important when you’re having professionals do work in your home and you’re making that kind of investment-be it a big or small project. Chris and his team were neat and clean and efficient and a wonderful group of craftspeople to work with. Chris truly went above and beyond for us, he not only went out of his way to personally pick up wood that wasn’t on the delivery truck to the lumber center, but he again went out of his way to help us transport our new kitchen table-Chris and his truck rescued us! We enjoyed seeing the transformation each day and we could not be happier with how everything turned out, everything far exceeded what we envisioned our space to look like. The work done in our home is nothing but amazing, we are so impressed and so happy to have found a contractor to entrust not only for this renovation, but for all of our future projects. To say that we are house proud wouldn’t even be an adequate description of how we feel about our home. To further say that we are thoroughly thrilled and impressed with the work that Chris did for us doesn’t even come close. He is a professional contractor that will do great work no matter your project or your budget.

Chris Fascella has done major renovations and repairs at our house, and my husband and I are writing this review because he is by far the most professional and thorough contractor we have ever hired. If you use Fascella Construction, it's very straightforward: You will have a professional who does quality work, and has his crews out when promised and on time. (Anyone who has hired a contractor probably knows how rare it is to get both of those, especially the latter.) We had to do a major and unavoidable remodel, and because of the size of the job, we did solicit two other bids. One was much less in price, because the other contractor was proposing a cosmetic fix. (Chris said he wouldn't risk his reputation doing the work that way. There was a right way to do the project, and he didn't believe that was it.) The other bid was slightly less than Fascella Construction, but in the end we felt we would get the best value for the money by working with someone we trusted. We never regretted that decision. We were kept informed of each stage of the project; if we had a question Chris always returned calls within a few hours, often immediately (you will never have to chase him down, or deal with the frustration of calls not returned). His crews and his crew supervisor were great, and Chris himself was out to check on the work most days. Because it was exterior work, there was a hiatus during the brutally cold winter of 2013-2014. We were away much of the time, and Chris offered to check on the house for us. He went by during a power outage, and discovered that a pipe had frozen and burst in the basement. He contained the damage and sent us photos, and after we returned to look it over and discuss what needed to be done, he got his people in and took care of it. This is a long review, but even so, it's really doesn't completely cover our great experience with this vendor. (Btw, the result of the major remodel was beautiful. We are selling the house, and a prospective buyer brought in their own expert, who confirmed the work had been done correctly and to a high standard.)

They did our bathroom renovation. It had been two years since they did it, and we just love our master bathroom.
