Gilmore construction did an excellent job. John always kept his appointments and was very professional. His work was very good. I would definitely recommend him.

Mr. Gilmore is the most professional person I know. When he says he will be at an appointment at a given time, he is. The work on my remodeled hall bath came out better than I expected. He listened to my ideas and said yea or nay if it would work. I like that. Every night he cleaned up and made the work area tidy. He hires excellent sub-contractors. His tile guy is outstanding as was the plumber. We found we had 40 extra feet of pipe that caused no hot water in kitchen for a long long time. We also found cracked piping and had to have it replaced. That added to the original estimate. Hire Gilmore Construction and you won't be sorry.

John was the first Pro to contact me the same day I put in my request. He phoned me and set up a time to look at the place I wanted the electrical outlet. After he had assessed the situation, he said he would get back to me with a quote. A few hours later he phoned me with the quote. It was reasonable so I agreed. He emailed me the contract, I signed my agreement of all terms and emailed my signed copy back to him. As it happened, his schedule had an opening the next day at 8:00 am. I had an appointment, but my wife & daughter were there to allow John & employee access. By the time I returned from my appointment, the job was finished. Johns employee showed the work he had done and everything was perfect and just as was written in the contract. The man did an excellent job, the work area was cleaned and all in good order when he left. I do recommend Gilmore Construction and would welcome their help on any project in the future.

John Gilmore and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He designed and remodeled our master bathroom and repaired our foundation. He did an excellent job and was always available to answer questions or respond to any concerns. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would most certainly call him again if we have further construction needs.

John Gilmore was professional, on time, true to his word, and personally involved in each step of the project. He gave excellent suggestions for design and for items needed to function as we wished. This was our first major remodel and we entered the process with trepidation after hearing friends' horror stories about their contractors. No one need to worry when hiring John Gilmore. Integrity was foremost in his work.
