Hilman Construction

We worked on two different projects with Hilman Construction. The first one was several years ago putting lighting and heating in a sunroom. It worked out really well and gave us use of that room year-round as our children's playroom. After working with Chris's team on that project, we knew we would hire them to do our basement remodel. After our basement was waterproofed, Chris's team remodeled the space doing everything from flooring to tiling, to electric and plumbing and carpentry to include a family room, full bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. We could not be happier with the results! My favorite is the beautiful fireplace Chris custom made for the family room. They were very professional, always arriving on time, communicating any questions or choices or purchases, cleaning up afterwards leaving things tidy and safe. The project was efficient and without any major hiccup, which we really appreciated. Costs were always communicated to us and we felt they did very high quality work while respectfully keeping within our budget. I would recommend Chris's company to anyone wanting any house improvement project from minor to major. They literally can do it all and do it all so well. I can't wait to dream up and save up for the next project and contact Chris for it!

I enthusiastically recommend Hilman Construction for remodeling work. My master bath entire redo was done beautifully, seamlessly, on time, and with top notch workmanship and quality. Unexpected structural issues were met with good alternative suggestions. They meticulously sealed off or covered areas to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible. It was easy and a pleasure to work with Chris and his crew. He listened and understood what I wanted to achieve and gave great and practical advice--and the results are stunning. I would recommend to friends, and only use Hilman Construction myself for any other projects I might do.

Hilman Construction did an excellent job with my bathroom remodel. It was a challenging project and they did it professionally. They were very conscientious about keeping my home clean through the process and were very flexible about different aspects of the project. I cannot recommend them enough and plan on using them for additional projects!
