Save money and time With one company handling design and construction, you will experience greater continuity in service, cost savings and time management. 01 Consultation + Inspiration We'll set up an appointment for you to meet with a member of our design staff so they can learn more about your goals, budget and inspiration. They will help you build on what you love and make sure your space has the feeling you desire. If we’re a match, we’ll move forward with a retainer fee that will be applied to the cost of your full project. 02 Design Our award-winning design staff will conceive a well-planned space that is both functional and beautiful. To create the overall aesthetic you desire, we will recommend shapes, finishes, color and textures through detailed 3D renderings. To enhance our chosen design, we can incorporate appliances, countertop materials, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures and lighting for your project. 03 Construction + Build With our final design approved, we will create specification drawings for our skilled builders, then proceed with construction. We are fully licensed contractor in CT and NY and can handle the entire job for you. We will provide a detailed calendar of milestones that will be managed by a skilled project manager. 04 Project completion We don’t stop when the project is done. We will put together a punch list and make sure every detail has been attended to. Everything we do is warrantied, so you’ll have nothing to worry about except enjoying your new space.
