I bought a house that's only 3 years old and the fans were not drawing up air not even half a piece of toilet paper. The seller said they would hire someone to fix it and provide me a copy of the invoice to show it was fixed. They tricked me and sent a fake invoice that it was fixed sent from this company. The day of possession I was so upset I called the number on the invoice and Ben answered and said that he has fixed it. He lied! He said he removed weights off the flap but in order to do that you would had to remove the fan first but he did not remove the fan! On the invoice Ben claims the fans are high quality and running strong but when I showed him that it doesn't even budge a piece of toilet paper he told me that the fan shouldn't be able to lift toilet paper. I told him I would record him saying this and then he then says that the "fans are not drawing up much air, what do you want me to do re wire the house?" So rudely. No you were hired to fix the fan not to re wire the house. We were so upset that the seller and this contractor worked together to make a fake invoice. I then hired an actual electrician to look at the fan and he instantly could tell it wasn't working properly and I called the company that originally installed it and they confirmed with me that it definately should be lifting a piece of toilet paper.
