I called to have them look at a house I was about to purchase. He came out and we did a walkthrough to get some ideas on the changes I wanted to make and about how much it would cost. Very professional. I had 3 contractor's come out. Janacek was the only one who really took the time to explain the process and the costs. I will definitely call them back when I am ready to do the work.

Janecek Remodeling provided an updated inside and outside remodel to our 1992 6,300 sq ft home on the lake. They have a professional crew and outstanding contractors who have quality craftsmenship and detail that we love. Not only does our home look amazing on the outside and inside but we know the quality on the parts you can not see are there as well. Janacek Remodeling made our vision become a reality and we are very pleased with our finished home and would recommend them to anyone considering doing a remodel.

Janacek Construction has done everything in our home from remodeling our bonus room space to the simple task of changing a light bulb too high for me to reach, even on a ladder. We hired Janacek Remodeling for our downstairs bathrooms, walk in shower, and laundry room. Hiring the right contractor is the most important decision you can make. The fact that Janacek project managers are familiar with all phases of a project and are able to do each job themselves if necessary, places them in the unique position of overseeing quality sub contractor work. Janacek Remodeling gave us exact costs up front, brought in only sub contractors that met Janacek's standard of workmanship (which is very high), worked with our convenience always in mind, kept their area of work clean, and preformed top notch quality workmanship. We have them scheduled to do our upstairs master bedroom and bath this next year. On a personal note....we lived in our home while the remodeling was performed and have honestly enjoyed the experience which is never said about remodeling. We absolutely recommend Janacek for any remodeling project.

This company has workers that are clean cut, very respectful and very careful with their work, they do their job right and with the highest quality. They don't allow smoking on the job site or litter. They take pride in their work and they take the time to do it well. I consider it a privilege to work with them.
