Clare and Dan were amazing to work with. They are both true gentleman, their professionalism and expertise were above and beyond any contractor we have had work for us. They truly made us feel like we were in total control of the project and the budget. The finished work was beyond beautiful as well as functional- our project began with a completely wheelchair accessible bathroom and shower and also encompassed moving walls, re-building closets and all new flooring.

We had phoned numerous construction companies when we decided to renovate our main floor and upper bathroom in our 70's side split. I was amazed with Kentwood Construction Inc quality of workmanship and even more so, the speed of the construction. They took other contacters ideas to another level. Excellent work ethic. Started our Kitchen reno and stayed at it until the job was completed. Put in a full days work and had lunch onsite most days. Claire was very helpful with making decisions about colours and finishing touches. Great job coordinating with cabinet and countertop people. Dan and Claire were very good to work with, courteous, and considerate of the fact that we were still living in and around the construction. Job site was vacuumed and cleaned at the end of every work day. Finished product is beautiful and we love it! Best experience ever with a contractor We will hire them again.

Superior work in the building of our new home, right from the initial drawing stages thru the framing and finally finish. Claire and Dan were great to work with being receptive to our last minutes and making positive input into our home. We had done considerable design research when we contracted with Clare and Dan, but not everything. They respected and supported our design and for any outstanding items they presented with great options that aligned with our vision. They were not intrusive during the project - actually a pleasure to have in our home with minimal mess (as much as is possible) and diligent in daily clean up.
