This was our first time hiring contractors to do work in our home and we're so glad we chose Paul and his team. Paul was easy to get a hold of and always communicated what was to expect with the project day by day. The crew was always timely, polite, and hard working. They went above and beyond with their work and paid great attention to detail. Every day the job site was cleaned up and tools/supplies were stowed. We initially hired them for one job but ended up adding on more after seeing the work that they do. Any issues that came up were handled quickly. We're so pleased with Paul and his team that we will definitely be hiring them for our next project and we will recommend them to any of our friends.

Lewis and Associates completed a beautiful kitchen renovation project for us in August 2017. The quality of work was outstanding. Paul, the owner, Steve, the project manager, and the other employees were very attentive to our needs and possessed good communication skills. I was purchasing a home under a 203k reno and Lewis & associates was by far the easiest and best company to work with. They took a lot of stress off of me being a new home owner and even gave insight to a couple things he saw during the renovation that i should look into. He went above and beyond for me and i his work turned out wonderfully! I would definitely recommend him!

We put our house on the market after several years of rental, and we contracted Paul to do a lot of wall touchup work, deck power washing, door touchup, among other things (a lot of different little jobs). He and his team did a great job. They were able to expedite their work so that we could get the house on the market sooner rather than later, and when other jobs came up during the contract, he was able to add those on without compromising on time. He also dealt with a plumbing problem that arose in an incredibly timing manner by managing another contractor. And the house looks great. I highly recommend using Paul, everything went so smoothly!

Paul and his team recently completed a job for me as I was in the process of putting my house on the market. I'll start by saying I've had 4 different contractors complete work on my house in my six years living in Baltimore, and luckily now I finally found the first one who I'll call back to complete any more work in our new home. Paul was very easy to work with from the beginning. He was extremely cooperative to work around my schedule to provide an estimate, and started work fairly quickly thereafter. Once his team got started they were prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. They arrived on time every day and gave me a run down on their expectations each day they worked. Once they would leave, if I was not home, I'd receive pictures from the team on the progress which they had made, but even better, I ALWAYS walked in to a clean house where they picked up after themselves, swept away any debris, sawdust, etc. It's an extremely comforting feeling when you can provide someone with a house key and they can come in/out daily, and you can quickly build that level of trust. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking to have any work completed - I can't wait to have him come back to make some updates on our new home.

I am the home owner who grew up doing construction and has built homes in the past. I have never been satisfied with the quality of work from the contractors that I have hired to do work in my home. Until I had a complete renovation of the space above my 3 car garage done by Paul and his crew. They built a beautiful bathroom / bedroom and sitting area for me and did a great job. The tile work in the bathroom was flawless. I need to completely renovate my maser bedroom / bath / closet and laundry room areas. I honesty am going to call Paul as soon as I am done writing this review.

Paul replaced the skylight in our Baltimore Row home last year and did a fantastic job. His crew is polite, respectful and as quick as possible. They replaced our skylight and drywall that was damaged from water along with a ceiling fan in just a day. ( A couple extra days for final spackling and paint) I would definitely recommend Paul Lewis for future jobs and will be contacting him next year regarding our future roof deck.

We were very impressed by Paul and his clear, detailed proposal for our house renovation project this spring and summer. Throughout the planning and constructions phases, Paul was always readily available to listen to our requests, discuss options, and answer our questions. He immediately contacted subcontractors on our behalf when their work needed to be monitored, and his accounting was accurate and transparent. We particularly appreciated the excellent finish work completed by his coworker Alex who is a diligent, talented craftsman who was willing to work extra hours to ensure the job was done well and in a timely manner. Our completed new kitchen, sunroom, and laundry room are beautiful because Paul and Alex truly cared that the results more than met our expectations. Thank you for a job done exceptionally well.

We were so pleased and fortunate to have Paul complete an exterior home renovation. We worked with an architect to design a front porch, back screened in porch, and back deck to our multi-level home. Paul expertly carried out these renovations, and we could not be more pleased with the result. Throughout the process, he was courteous, friendly, professional, and very honest. When he found ways of reducing costs, he let us know immediately so that we could either save these funds or allocate them to a different part of the renovation. He and his crew worked tirelessly and even put in hours in early mornings (starting at 7 or 7:30 am) and weekends. Paul's expert craftsmanship led to a far more beautiful result than we had even hoped for. We highly recommend his services, without reservation. We love our new spaces, and get many compliments from our neighbors! We look forward to hiring him again for future home renovation projects.
