Henry and Eva (the owner) did a great job in my kitchen and bathroom renovation. Their workers were very professional and did wonderful work. Overall I am very satisfied with their work and when problem arises they fix them quickly. Thank you Eva and Henry! Here are some before and after photos.

5 Stars !!!!!--They completed my bathroom renovation in only 5 days! It's absolutely beautiful. Eva's suggestions for my remodel were perfect and her husband, Henry, and his team did a fantastic job. Most of my selections came from their showroom which has a large variety of quality products for a remodel. They were reasonably priced, fast, neat, and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend Lion Joint Ventures.

Kitchen renovation

Had a great experience with Eva and team! Eva was responsive and knowledgeable. She finished the project on time and within budget. She has a good team who you trust in your home. We renovated a kitchen with them one year and were happy with the results. We renovated a second kitchen with them 2 years later. She’s reasonably priced and produces quality work.

We needed to replace a 1880 elevator in a brown stone in Manhattan. We wanted to install a new concrete shaft to support a modern elevator to travels 7 stories. In addition to engineering work, a real challenge is to work with existing tenants. It took a few years to find the right company for this project. We contracted Lion Joint Venture for they presented with a flexible work plan at the price that we could afford. There were many challenges during this project. Lion Joint Venture has patiently worked out solutions every time and they managed to install the elevator within the budget on a timely basis. I would recommend Lion Joint Venture to anyone any time.
