Lowe's of Lady Lake, FL

I've lived here since May. This is the SECOND time I have purchased a used item at this particular Lowes. My latest purchase was an EGO blower and trimmer combo. First, they had all of them under a price that said 169.00. Well, surprise, it was actually 329.00. Dis not even argue. When I get it home, it had no battery and someone was kind enough to try it out on their lawn a few times first. Dirty, grass, used trimmer string.... AND it was re bound AT THIS STORE. Not taped up. Manager who spoke little English, no offense, said no worries, just drive back here and return it. 30 minutes one way....

id been shopping around for a small change in my kitchen; I wanted to vent the exhaust fan and upgrade some appliances. Other kitchen designers were really not interested, and treated me accordingly. The kitchen designer at Lowes came out immediately, asked a lot of questions, and within a few days presented us with a plan! He'd also taken the time to include the rest of the kitchen in a very pleasing design, in a separate estimate. Ok it was up selling, but it was so nice, and included all of the things we spoke about, and all of the things I really wanted. I was an easy sell ☺️ The actual renovation included stripping the kitchen to the bare walls, electric and plumbing. The job was done exactly as described to me, exact timeline. I was without a kitchen for nearly 3 weeks, but appraised of every event, so was prepared. The kitchen designer, Lowes project manager, and the contractor manager were at my house nearly every day checking in and explaining things. The actual workers were sweet, efficient, tidy. Every evening everything was cleaned up and put away so I could actually live in the house not overly bothered by the construction mess. I've had a couple of minor things that needed fixing since the job was completed in March, and the kitchen designer and project manager were right on it. I'm very pleased with the outcome, my kitchen looks great, and I'm pleased with the process.
