First and foremost, Matt & his crew are very professional. We had our roof, soffits, trim, gables and gutters updated on our 60's ranch a couple years ago and all of it still looks and functions great! We are considering buying a property that has had some water problems recently due to the heavy snows & rain. We called Matt and he has already come out to the property twice to look at the situation & help us come up with possible solutions. He and his brother are great to work with. If we buy the property, we will most definitely be going with Matt Ferry Construction to build a 3-story addition on the home which currently is 2 bed/2 bath. The addition will include two master suites, a mudroom, a garage, converting the current garage into an exercise/spa area, and a studio. The water problem would be best fixed by putting on the addition, but we need to wait a couple years while we save for it. However, if we were to win this contest, we could start right after closing!
