Mattbeth Construction is a State of Florida licensed general contractor serving the tri-county area of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Mattbeth specializes in custom work for both commercial and residential clients. We have surveyed the South Florida area to assemble the best subcontractors available for such key trades as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and roofing. Long-term relationships with several of our subs offers continuity and a high level of project coordination to our clients. We bring to each project a seasoned team of professionals who will support and complement each other for an outstanding job. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Tenant Improvements and build-outs with budgets between $10,000 and $500,000. We do complete Kitchen and Bath remodels. Some of our commercial clients include Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Miami Subs Grill, Abercrombie & Fitch, Jewelry Stores, etc. Because elements of design often evolve, Mattbeth understands the value of a collaborative relationship with the client and design professionals, serving as advisors on appropriate systems, value engineering and code requirements. At the same time, Mattbeth works closely with each client to ensure that specific aspects of their project, including design amenities, functionality, and interior finishes reflect their vision and result in the finished project they need.
