Modern Stone Design Granite

Modern Stone Design installed my fireplace, kitchen countertop, bathroom and benches. It was a wonderful experience to work with Max and his team. They came out did all the work it was seamless. Whenever I had questions about the project they're where there to answer them, when I had an emergency that need to have my granite cut to remove and replace a window they where willing to come out and do it. This company is reliable, their work is top notch, and easy to work with you can’t go wrong hiring them. All my friends love the work they did in my house and I will recommend them to anyone that wants granite or stone installed. Thank you MSD for a headache free experience and I will always use you for any work I need done!

If you are in their area of service....Consider yourself lucky! I have done 3 kitchens with them, personally and referred to many friends and family who received the same excellent prices, quality, and service. Best prices, best materials, best service. SUPER FAST. Ask for Max, he's really great. I checked out a local stoneyard a month or 2 ago just to compare ... price was significantly higher and turn around was 3x as slow.

Unfortunately I do not have a good review to give. My husband and I selected a specific slab of granite as we like the coloring and movement. I wanted the light greys/whites/creams/browns. What we received today was not what we ordered. Very heavy dark blacks and it was impossible to find any pattern matching to the picture of our slab. All this after TWO no call no shows. The first was for the measurements, no one ever came, I called a couple hours after they were due to a half hearted apology and a reschedule for the next day. Install was set up for yesterday, again no call/no show, so I called 2 hpurs after our schedule time for an update to another half hearted apology asking to reschedule the next day. Today was install and I'm extremely dissatisfied, it is not what we ordered/wanted. I was told I would be called to look at it template out on the slab to make sure we were happy with the pattern prior to it being cut, that never happened. So now I have a brand new kitchen that I hate. Attached is the slab we selected as well as pictures if the heavy black that is not seen on the slab.

Absolutely amazing! Professional, job completed the day after the template was done! So many choices with excellent pricing that other places do not come close to. Max personally called before installers left to make sure I was happy with everything! Thank you so very much!!!

I cannot say enough about how happy with my new exotic countertops and custom cabinets. Everyone of MSD team was helpful and honest from the sales people to the installers. I will highly recommend them. Thank you MSD team!

We recently had Granite counter tops installed by Max. He is professional courteous punctual and very dedicated to making sure his work is to the customers expectations. I would highly recommend him. I will be using this company again.

The transaction went smoothly initially, but then we encountered an issue with a stain in the granite tops as a result of chemical reaction to the products used during the installation. Max was contacted IMMEDIATELY about the issue and it took him SEVERAL months of multiple excuses on his part regarding his availability and whereabouts and unanswered attempts to contact him, to send someone out to try and remove the stain. This was after being told the stain would remove itself to even attempt made on his part to blame the stain on my husband and I. After waiting several months to have the stain removed, the stain is still in our granite and Max is refusing to respond to any of our inquiries. As I stated before, the work was done nicely, but if you encounter an issue after installation BEWARE. I would never use them again myself or recommend that anyone use them.
