It bears heavy on my heart that this has come to this. As a former friend and member of the same church, who served together on the same team for years. I would have never thought it would have ended in such a manner. It is of my belief that in any dispute between a contractor and a homeowner that a certain portion of the blame should always fall on the contractor. It is our responsibility as a contractor to not only manage the work but to hold the customers best interest in the highest regard, this would include and honest opinion of the scope of work, thorough communication and one that is often over looked is the management of the customers emotional well-being as the project progresses. I say all that to say this, I am not perfect, but I can say with a clear conscious that through this whole process I had held her best interest in hand. I am not going to get in a tit for tat over these claims, just know that the fact is many people have tried to help her out. To my knowledge, to date there has been (3) building contractors (I was the second), (2) renovations companies, and (2) electricians that have all walked away for various reasons and her home is still not finished. In closing if any of her reviews have you questioning my character or my company, please reach out I have a long list of references that will be more than happy to clarify my character and my work. I also have the contact info for the third party mediator in this particular case who has volunteered to set the record straight if needed.
