Nicholas Tile & Bath

Tom came out on March 24th 2021 and said he would get me quotes within 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and I texted him. He said I would have quotes on April 5. April 5 came and he texted “sorry I went out of town will get by April 12th”. Today is April 21st and still nothing. He hasn’t responded to my text. Nothing. ****BEWARE**** Tom talks a good game but one must wonders about quality when he can’t even get a quote done or lacks in communication skills. Sad thing is we really liked him and wanted to use home for our remodel. It’s probably a HUGE blessing in disguise! I would NEVER recommend or use his service!!

Tom and his crew were very professional,neat and easy to work with. Price was reasonable and work was excellent. What impressed me most that Tom himself came back to fix a small problem. He took time to make sure it was fixed right. How many times have you had a contractor come and do a sloppy job or not come back at all? Thanks Tom

This company upgraded two bathrooms for us and did a great job. Tom and every subcontractor he brought in were so trustworthy we felt quite comfortable going out of town during the renovation. Tom made time to pick out selections such as tile, backsplash and counter tops with us which was a great help. We would use Nicholas Tie and Bath again and have recommended them to others.

We had our master bath remodeled by Nicholas Tile and Bath. As my husband is a perfectionist, we had to make sure to hire a company that could do a fantastic job. They did not disappoint! We had new marble counter tops installed, new cabinets, new toilet, and best of all a new shower! They removed the old jacuzzi tub we never used, and installed a glass door shower, with beautiful tile. The tile pattern that Tom and I chose, and the arrangement of the tiles is fantastic. One of the best things in working with this company is Tom's extensive knowledge of remodeling and he can answer any question and offer the best advice! They are simply the best! In addition, we were so happy with this bathroom, that we also had Nicholas Tile and Bath remodel another one for us in 2016. This was also a total remodel, and everything turned as just as well and over the top as the first one! Now.....one more bathroom to go!

Nicholas Tile & Bath did a great job with our master bath makeover. Tom is very creative and skilled and stayed within budget. The project was completed on schedule. Tom was personnally on-site everyday to supervise his skilled crew. He has a relationship with his vendors/suppliers. Making product selections was a pleasure. He actually met us at the granite fabricator to help us select countertops. This renovation helped us sell our home two years later. I highly recommend Nicholas Tile & Bath for any major kitchen and bath renovations.

Major renovations to master bathroom and powder room. We selected Nicholas Tile and Bath based upon their design suggestions, a very detailed quotation and their reputation. Once work began, it was non-stop activity. They gutted the rooms, installed heated tile floor, custom shower, custom cabinet and bench with quartz tops and enamel sinks, new lighting and ceiling fans. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. Phone calls and texts were responded to immediately. We could not be more pleased with the finished product.
