Kind of bummed that I don't have another project for them this year. They've done a bathroom and kitchen for us and they were great to work with. They listened well, responded quickly to any concerns I had, went over and above on service. They aren't the cheapest, but if you want a worry-free experience you'll hire them. I trust their advice and their work.

Barb was very professional and helpful in helping me find a new sink to replace one that was just too small and unworkable. Though i prefer an undermounted sink; that wasn’t possible without getting all new countertops. All work was done in 2 days; from taking out the old sink and plumbing, recutting the granite island outside (BIG bonus of minimum dust inside), installing new sink and reinstalling all plumbing.

We did a bathroom remodel that included a steam shower. We worked with John. He was open to our ideas and offered opinions on what may and may not work. In the end, we were very happy with how the bathroom turned out. We particularly love the steam shower but also liked his idea of a barn door with rain glass. The bathroom turned out beautifully. The whole crew was professional and kind to work with.

Great design and expert, artistic installation of tile in our new master bathroom. The whole team was easy to work, sensitive to the needs if our family and flexible with our timeline.

Preferred Kitchens remodeled my bathroom. The project included a the vanity/sink, vinyl flooring, bathroom fan, ceiling & wall paint, door & closet door varnishing, washer & dryer replacement, and several small "handyman" tasks. I have a small town home with laundry inside the bathroom closet. John was responsive to all of my questions. This was my first house project, and he patiently explained (and reexplained) processes and timelines. My project was small compared to many remodeling projects; I never felt like I was on the back burner. Additionally, John gave me great options within my budget. If I choose to take on another remodeling project down the road, Preferred Kitchens will be my first call.

We just completed a full gut renovation of kitchen and flooring throughout main floor of our home. Overall the experience was exceptional. Some highlights: - Initial process to get a rough order price was effective and directionally correct. - Overall schedule was in range despite happening over the holiday period - John (designer and project manager) was excellent. Very good listener. Good follow-up. - All of the trades/construction were always courteous and respectful of our family (we lived in the home during reno). - Final product quality was top notch.

John is awesome to work with. He listens to the customer better than anyone we have used in the past. He will offer ideas that make sense. Execution from start to finish is the best I have seen. He understands customer service which to me is everything.

Mary Ellen Gardener was the designer and I loved her ideas and am thrilled with my bathroom. The selections for tile, cambria counter top, lighting and fixtures are just perfect!

Our family had two small bathrooms remodeled by Preferred Kitchens and it was the worst experience we have ever had dealing with a contractor. We paid them a lot of money for the design and the work and in the end we did not get what we wanted. If you plan to use these guys for a remodel, use caution and ask a lot of questions up front. Project management was non-existent and after the project went over 11 weeks and it still wasn't to our satisfaction we fired them. There are so many options out there to get remodel work done so shop around. I wish we did.

We were completely satisfied with the work of Preferred Kitchens on our three projects. Every contractor we worked with was very professional, knowledgeable and had excellent workmanship. Also, we can't say enough good things about our Project Manager, Mary Ellen Gardner. She was professional, yet easy to talk to. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately; and when we changed our mind "midstream" about anything, she took it all in stride and carried through with a new plan.

I wish we had found Preferred Kitchen and our project manager first, before we started to work with others. If we had found them first, we would have had them do our entire kitchen remodel project! Extremely responsive to us as their client. Their subs were excellent in terms of quality and timeliness. Our project manager Mark, gave us great ideas and was always open to answering any of our questions, even if outside his scope. Our work with Preferred Kitchen involved; Cambria counters, backsplash, ceiling scraping and repainting & lighting.

I'm so so happy I picked Preferred Kitchen. I had driven past the place on several occasions for years and then I decided to just stop in to see what was it was all about. It as the best decision I could make. Mark told me how they cold assist name in remodeling my kitchen. All my concerns were alieved. . Everyone from Mark and Mary Ellen were pleasant and caring about fulfilling my dream kitchen. All the workers did perfectionist quality work, were pleasant and enjoyable to talk to, but especially had great ideas that I had not considered. A calendar was created and I was always informed about who was coming and what was going to be done. The finished product was awe inspiring and I send my hardiest suggestion: if you are lanning a makeover and want it to be great, pick Preferred Kitchens. You'll be glad you did!

We were incredibly lucky to have stopped into Preferred Kitchens and spoke with Mary Ellen, one of their designer/project managers. She impressed us right away. She was able to give us the kitchen we wanted. How she gave us everything we wanted is still a mystery to us. Her creativity gave us a design that was beyond our dreams. Our kitchen is warm and welcoming thanks to Mary Ellen. The entire company and crew were such a pleasure to work with. When working with contractors one always worries, and what a welcome surprise it was that they were all respectful, concerned about the smallest details and made sure we received what we wanted. Even after the project was completed they followed up making sure all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Preferred Kitchens!!!

Our job was small in comparison to some I'm sure, but it was important to us. Mark listened carefully to our concerns and delivered on results. The contractors we had were all well coordinated with each other, polite, and respectful of our time and our home. As with any job in an older home, we ran into some issues, but Mark and his crew handled them calmly and professionally. I never felt concerned that solutions could not be found. We love the space and would highly recommend this company for the quality of the work, on time and on budget. What more can you ask for?

We are SO happy with our new kitchen and all of the people who worked on it were great! As a realtor for 32 years, I've seen a lot of kitchens and ours is one of the prettiest I've seen. The cabinets are just beautiful and functional. Thank for your vision John, we love it!

Preferred Kitchens has just just finished our renovation of two full baths, and one guest bath. John's design advice gave us three modern upscale designs we are proud of. Our renovations were reasonably priced, and John was with us the whole time making sure everything was done professionally. His workmen were polite and efficient. At the conclusion of our projects we were thrilled with our new bathrooms.
