Our small condo kitchen was built in 2003 with builder grade materials; it definitely needed an update. We chose Prescott Kitchens after getting quotes from 3 local kitchen remodel contractors. Dennis listened to our ideas and designed a kitchen exceeding our expectations. He did not just replace the old configuration with new cabinets, but redesigned the space to provide more storage and workspace. No more awkward cabinet doors or hard to reach corners. Dennis and Candy oversaw the project from the kitchen design to the final amazing product. Their interaction with the installation crews provided a seamless flow from the first day of demolition to the last day of finishing touches. We were so happy with our kitchen, we had them replace our bathroom vanities too.

Did a great job designing our kitchen. Our house is angled, with the angled walls meeting in the kitchen, so it wasn't a "rectangle". We needed a designer. Dennis obviously has lots of experience in custom jobs, and he took his time to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting. Herb did an awesome job on the build, and the whole job came in on time and on budget. We have done many reno jobs over the years, so having the contractor be there when promised, charge what was agreed on, and be cleaned up and finished when projected is a beautiful thing!
