My husband and I bought a condo that was in horrible condition, but we loved the area. It was basically a gut job and we debated doing it ourselves or hiring contractors to help us out. After a lot of debate and research, we ended up stumbling across Revive's Renovate to Stay program. It was by far the best option for us because they handled most of the things we were dreading doing ourselves. We had help with design, they helped us finance the project, and they provided the contractors, which was probably the best part because we had horrible experiences in the past hiring through Angi ourselves and being ghosted by the contractor halfway through the project. Within weeks, we were moved in and everything had been fixed... paint, new flooring, kitchen and bath upgrades, and a few other things. I feel so grateful to have found a company that followed through on everything they promised us.
