Terrible to work with; very pushy and rude when it came to making decisions about material and labor costs. Workers left mess everyday. Will not recommend.

Frank and I highly recommend Rich Siminsky for any renovation project. He is an extremely skilled, dependable, and trustworthy craftsman. His work is exceptional and is meticulously completed. Excellent EXCELLENT workmanship. Quality beyond compare. Impeccable and and conscientious to every detail. From start to finish he was there every day on time. He was always available to answer questions even on evenings and weekends! I get nothing but compliments on my bathroom renovations and my beautiful finished basement. Thank you Richard!

You won't find a more careful and conscientious contractor for your home renovation projects. When I first moved to a condo in Red Bank, I contracted with Rich to do a complete renovation, including new wood flooring, painting throughout, and installing new tiling and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. What's special about Rich is he takes pride in his work and he does excellent, careful, neat work. He thinks creatively, working through the inevitable problems that arise in any project. He is entirely trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

I can't recommend Rich highly enough. He is extremely dependable and does excellent work. He has an aesthetic sense, takes pride in his work, and his work shows it. His pleasant personality is a bonus. I always call Rich first and just hope he has time available.
