Rose Remodeling

I don't review contractor work immediately. I wait to see how the work holds up and how the company stands behind their work. I am pleased to say that Rose Remodeling both did good work and absolutely stood behind the workmanship. I had a full remodel of my master bathroom, with Rose Remodeling installing all fixtures and providing the shower fixture components. I had a few minor details as time went on that I wanted corrected. Brandi, world's kindest and most helpful point person, helped facilitate my concerns being resolved very quickly, even after several weeks had gone by. So, thumbs up, Rose Remodeling!

If you are looking for a great contractor, you must go with Rose Remodeling! They are a great team, from beginning to end, every individual had so much personality everyone was fun to work with. My husband and I were on a time crunch for our remodel and Rose Remodeling made it happen, they have a great team. Every person we worked with was excellent at communicating, responsive to emails and phone calls. From the initial design ideas, execution, and follow-ups, it was all great! They are upfront with costs, estimates and payment options...nothing is hidden. We truly enjoyed every one of their employees that came into our home, it was fun getting to know them and I will definitely be calling them for future home renovation needs. FYI, we used them for 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen counters, butcher block island and backsplash.

We had a few electrical problems at the end of the project but Jeremiah reached out to me himself to address our problems. He was able to send someone out within 2 days to fix the problem. What I appreciate about it was that I voiced my concerns and he listened and addressed them promptly. We worked with Brandi as our project manager and I can only begin to say wonderful things about working with her. She was prompt, attentive, gave me daily updates even when I was at work. I highly recommend working with Brandi- she was wonderful! If you have any hesitations with choosing a remodeling company, I'd recommend you choose Rose Remodeling. Like I stated earlier, we did have a few issues along the way but everything was addressed promptly via email, text and phone calls. They have a great team and very respectable people.
