I had my Crystal kitchen cabinet faces replaced and dealt directly with the owner/president. Aside from problems with the order coming in wrong and installation delays, much more concerning was how the owner/president treated his installer, who is disabled. He was verbally abusive to him in my home. When I addressed it, he showed no remorse and since then, the employee's family has been contacted, and two other employees have left. I am so sorry I ever gave him my business.

Commented: Love the floor!I would bring a flooring sample right to the tile store and match a dominant color so it fades into the background. A darker grout hides dirt.
