I had a dry bar built in my home and am happy with the entire experience. Not only did they help me extensively with the design from the beginning, but they also carefully followed up with the execution of the project. During the construction of the dry bar, they also designed and completed a closet area in a previously useless space in a hallway. All of the sub-contractors were skilled professionals that showed up when promised and kept me involved and informed. I have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors and will definitely use Thomas Consulting and Construction for future projects.

When we first decided to modern our kitchen we went to one company and got a estimate that was way out of our budget. We went to another company and said we wanted do a partial job and the guy was interested in doing that. When talked to Brad Thomas he was willing to do it any we wanted. He asked how much we were willing to spend and he came back with several different ideas. We got almost every thing we original wanted for about one third the cost of the first company. All the working people were professional, every thing was finished on the time Brad said it would be and his staff were extremely easy to work with. We are very happy with our to go with Thomas Consulting and Constraction.

We recently hired Thomas Consulting and Construction to evaluate and propose a kitchen remodel focused on new countertops and a backsplash, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless and professional. The owner personally came out to assess our space and worked with us to design the perfect combination of quartz countertops and a stunning glass tile backsplash. His eye for design and attention to detail truly stood out. Every member of the team was exceptional, skilled, courteous, and dedicated to getting the job done right. Brad and his team remodeled our office space - now it is not only updated and modern with a timeless feel; but, it actually suits our needs! By reimagining the space, we now have a huge board room without sacrificing our kitchen or the offices we utilize. One of our favorite features is the large closet with sturdy shelves for storage. We no longer have to climb into the hot attic to retrieve items for events. Everything is neatly organized and accessible.

Ordering of a replacement door never happened until we followed up. Outside of that, Demetry and partner were great!!! They are great workers!!

This company is the best! The installers are very professional and knowledgeable of what they do. Clean and courteous of our home. Pedro checks over everyday to make sure the install is going smoothly and REALLY knows his stuff when it comes to tile! This company was great to work with and we absolutely LOVE our shower now!! The whole Thomas team… from Brad to Pedro to B and His dad are all top notch guys!! DO NOT HESITATE…Go with these guys you will be glad!!

We hired Thomas Consulting and Construction for a home remodel on September 1, 2021. This was an extensive project which involved: the demolition of two bathrooms in the master; the remodel of a new master bath and the creation of a second bath in an adjoining room; renovations to another downstairs bath and two upstairs baths; new flooring ; new paint; complete kitchen remodel including moving water and electrical; demolition of family room existing fireplace and cabinets and replacement with new fireplace, custom cabinets and floating shelves; new windows and doors throughout( both interior and exterior); plumbing upgrades; upstairs porch rebuilt and railing enclosure; custom stairway and railing; closet shelving; etc. etc From the outset Brad and his staff assisted us with design ideas and provided drawings of proposed improvements. His staff routinely documented the construction and were present during critical phases such as kitchen cabinet installation to insure the plans were accurately followed. Change orders we requested were readily made and completed at the agreed pricing. Brad was always available to answer any question. When the job was complete Brad encouraged us to contact him with any concerns. Brad used qualified subcontractors that delivered excellent results.I would highly recommend anyone hiring Thomas Consulting and Construction!!

Brad and his team did a wonderful job installing the trim, cabinets and countertops for my house. They did high quality work and were very professional and responsive.

Thomas Consulting came in to replace the tiling in our master bathroom shower. It is a very large shower and they needed to fix some problems created by the earlier tilers. They did a wonderful job! Everything works perfectly and it looks perfect. Thomas Consulting were with us for 5 days and they worked cleanly and quietly, taking a lot of care to minimize the disruption and also mopped up every night when they finished. A senior member of the team came in twice after the work had been completed, to inspect their work and ask if we had any questions. In short, great workmanship and excellent customer service!

I recently had a custom kitchen made by Thomas Consulting and I couldn't be happier with the results! Brad, the owner of Thomas Consulting was contracted to do a complete remodeling of my master bath. This remodel was very extensive as it required building up the floor and moving electrical, plumbing and walls. Brad used a number of contractors on this job and he oversaw the project from start to completion. The project was done in a timely manner considering the back log of materials. The finished project was absolutely amazing. Brad and his contractors treated us and our property with respect. The contractors tried to contain the dust from the project but it managed to get on surfaces throughout the house. To assure we were pleased with the final outcome he sent in a cleaning crew to clean the entire house. Brad was easy to work with, very professional and I would highly recommend his company.

This project was our second new construction with Brad Thomas. This was a new construction for a granny pod located behind our existing home that was also built by Brad. Brad is very knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the process. We would contract with Brad again for any future projects.

Thomas did a pretty good job. Like with any major construction efforts, there will be delays and disputes and I can say that from experience. Everything was done well in my opinion perhaps except for the exterior paint job. I can see stucco in one of the higher reaches of the new construction, but Thomas Consulting will take care of any issues that were missed during the construction phase. That’s most important to anyone building is whether the contractor will respond to any issues. Thomas Consulting does in fact. There were delays in the construction largely the result of the pandemic but those were challenging times for any builder. The effort were two add ons of approximately 1,500 sqft and everything turned out as expected in the end. Thomas Consulting did an excellent job.

Brad and his team did a phenomenal job on our interior remodel. Not only was the work completed beautifully but he and his team made sure to attend to every detail no matter how small. Also, they managed to put me at ease each time I'd begin to worry. We now have a beautiful kitchen, new floors, and new paint with a beautiful open concept because of the wall they removed. I'm so thankful for my new space. Every time someone visits they stand around in awe of how beautiful it is! People constantly say "WOW~! This doesn't even look like the same house!". It's beautiful!
