From start to end, Cider Mill delivered on our patio project. Hillary included us in the design process right out of the gates and helped us think outside the box. Bob, Dan, and Team built an awesome patio and custom fire pit that we have put to good use on many occasions. I would definitely recommend Cider Mill Landscapes to my friends and neighbors.

Our experience with Cider Mill Landscapes was wonderful from the first consultation through the completion of our project. Hillary came to our home and discussed what we envisioned and then offered us options at different price points. She advised us on stone color, what to plant, and the overall design of the project. She was spot on for every detail. Jason and Gabriel did the drainage and stone work and what a beautiful job - neighbors keep stopping by to ask who did the work. Jose and Nick did a great job on the lighting; which included putting everything on a timer for our convenience. Even my son noticed the difference saying that the house looks so much more welcoming at night. Josh and his team planted and mulched the area and did a thorough cleanup before they left. They even spread grass seed in spotty areas where they had been working, even though the grass was in terrible shape before they started working. Cider Mill Landscapes exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to working with them again on another project in the Spring.

Eric and his team at Cider Mill Landscapes are a real pleasure to work with. From the initial request for an estimate, to the advise offered, to the proposal and ultimately the end of the project, Eric communicates effectively and there are no surprises. Bob came two different nights and set up demo lights so we could see exactly what we would get. He was great to work with and has been very responsive to help us with questions and issues we had. I would highly recommend them.

Initially I contacted CM with the hope of resurrecting my 8 year old landscape lite system that another contractor destroyed. Bob at CM came out for the first walk-thru / quote process. He was on-time, presented himself well and left me with the feeling that he was very capable and could handle the job. He was able to offer some valuable advice and recommendations without being an over the top sales guy. He not only did a great job with the lites, but I asked him to move 6 large Hollies from the front of my house and move them around back. His crew did a great job. It's refreshing to work with a contractor that not only does great work, but communicates throughout the process.

We recently completed a large outdoor patio/kitchen project and hired Cider Mill Landscapes to complete the outdoor lighting and landscaping and could not be happier. The job came in as budgeted, on time and better than we had anticipated.

In place of a driveway that was too big and blocked our yard, Cider Mill Landscapes built a stone patio, wall and pond for us, and planted trees, shrubs and lawn. It has totally transformed the way we use and enjoy our yard. We had a big vision and a finite budget, and they worked hard with us to make sure it turned out as we imagined it. This turned out to be a pretty complicated project, and in the end they made it look clear and simple. Bob and Eric and their team went the extra mile to understand what we wanted and respond to our concerns and suggestions. They managed some big changes and the inevitable ups and downs of construction fairly, and added their own professional judgment and conviction as we went along. They maintained a commitment and energy right up to completion, and we are really happy with the result. We'd recommend Cider Mill to anyone. In the year since it was complete, we and our guests still marvel at the change from the original. Where we once had asphalt, we now have a garden space.

Love this company. Eric met at the convenience of our community and listened and then followed up with design plans. He always responded to any of our concerns and questions in a prompt and professional manner. His crew worked hard . This company turned an over engineered unsightly water retention basin into a "rock garden".. Other companies just wanted to add more rocks. This is our seconds season with this company and we are looking forward to more designs. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about about trees,shrubs and plantings and what he doesn't know he investigates.

The people at Cider Mill Landscapes are a pleasure to work with. They took a blank slate and a vague vision of what we wanted and were able to create a functional and beautiful outdoor space. They were able to take our initial ideas and create a plan to meet our current budget while leaving the space open for future expansion. Their team is extremely professional but also left us with the feeling of a personal relationship. It is clear from the attention to detail and pride in their work that they are interested in building long term relationships with their clients. Installation of a flagstone patio off the back deck of the house. Prior to beginning work, an overview plan, sectional views and material specifications were prepared to assist in getting both Homeowner Association approval and a Township permit. The area was excavated to a depth of 9 inches in order to prepare a proper subgrade. Each flagstone was selected and trimmed by hand to fit together in an attractive pattern. cobblestone edging was laid around the exterior of the patio to finish it off. Planting beds and a drip irrigation system were then established around the perimeter of the patio. The Contractor will return in the fall to install the plantings.

These guys are consummate professionals. They really get what they do. They are practical, reliable, affordable, and most importantly, creative. They do not just stick things in the ground. They create! Marc R

I would highly recommend Cider Mill. They were very easy to work with and not at all pushy during the bidding process. Our project was quite extensive and involved advanced stonework, much clearing, design of and selection of plantings for a large area. The project was completed on time and budget. immediately after completion, some damage due to a natural storm occurred and the contractor repaired the damage expeditiously and free of charge.
