Cutting Edge Landscape Development

Cutting Edge did fine work for us on our patio extension. They followed up promptly with quotes, on-site visits and all changes and corrections. They're not the least expensive landscape contractor nor are they the most expensive. You do get professional work and service from them. Most importantly, they arrived on time every time, and they were very neat and orderly in their work and cleanup.

My patio, landscaping and lighting exceeded my expectations. I had a plan on paper which I shared and they came up with a plan that meet all my requirements. My yard looks great!

We decided to build our home in Avon Lake two years ago. The building process was long and frustrating. Dealing with the different vendors and contractors was discouraging. We felt like we had to be looking over their shoulders every step of the way to make sure the job was completed correctly and the way we wanted it. After the house was completed, we then turned our focus to our yard and landscaping. We were referred to another local company, but were unimpressed with the presentation of what they could do with our landscaping. More frustration set in. It was at that point we decided to call Cutting Edge. Within a few days we met with Mike Vitou and he assisted us in the design of the landscaping that would be best for our new home. Ever since that first meeting with Mike, we have been nothing but impressed with all of work that you have done for us. From the many calls to the office with Kristina, to Mike stopping in periodically to check on things. You have created a fantastic company to work with and I would recommend Cutting Edge to anybody that asks for a referral in the future. The guys that were here yesterday were also amazing. They did a fantastic job as usual and went out of there way to talk with my curious 5 year old asking many questions. Dealing with Cutting Edge was the first and only part of the new home process that was enjoyable. I would like to thank you all for the time and effort you put into it. We have worked with Cutting Edge since 2008. They are very conscientious, and reliable. They have installed a large patio (pavers) with a fire pit, fountain, putting green, outdoor kitchen and pergolas. They have also installed various hard scape and plant scape on our property over the years. The company maintains our lawn throughout the season, which always looks healthy and beautiful!
