Falcon Landscapes Pavers & Masonry LLC

I was fortunate enough to have Joseph and Falcon Landscapes renovate my backyard in July 2017 and I couldn't be more pleased with what they did from start to finish. Joseph came to my house (twice) to review his ideas, and although I had a few companies bid this project, it was pretty evident right away that Falcon was going to be the best for us. Joseph not only was professional and very nice to deal with but the way he explained the lines and aesthetics of how the backyard could look just showed how much he truly cares about the projects and how deeply he thinks about everything from the lines to color palette to our "style". I didn't think of any of this prior to thinking about a backyard renovation and that's one huge piece that's an advantage to having Falcon Landscapes. It's more than just pavers and artificial grass; it's about brining a living space outside. Once we committed, Joseph was great about setting up a time that worked for us and was right-on in his estimates of how much time it would take. He explained the process, when the crews would arrive on site and he was always available by text or call with any questions I had. As a project manager, it these things were very important to me. His crews, especially Alvardo (spelling may be off) were great to deal with and very courteous. And amazingly quick in what they had to do. We had a large concrete patio (500-700s sq ft) that was very uneven and was a tripping hazard. The crew was able to demolish it, and Falcon even helped with getting an arborist to come and cut down my mesquite tree that was too big for the space, and it's 35 ft. main root was the actual cause for the uneven original concrete patio. This was all planned beforehand so no extra expenses or suprises. Now that area, along with my covered patio are all brick pavers and look amazing. This project was an investment and I truly believe I would get my money back and more from the look of the pavers. My pictures don't do it justice. After the pavers were all done, the crew took out about 1,600 sq. feet of grass, and they put in an amazing curb that fits the space perfectly; going back to the lines and aesthetics this was like a snake in the backyard to perfectly compliment all the straight lines we have in the backyard. Then they put in the artificial turf which is so life-like and beautiful we keep staring out our windows each morning even 6 weeks after they finished. Never have to mow, no fertilizing, no ant hills, no muddy mess for the dog, no smells from the dog going to the bathroom on it and they laid it out perfectly so when it has rained, it drains perfectly. We couldn't be more happy with the whole process from start to finish. Even a few weeks after the project was completed, Falcon came back out to help me remove a row of pavers under the covered patio so that we could have a termite treatment done to the foundation. Falcon was kind enough to do this with short notice and did it out of the kindness of their hearts knowing it was stressful dealing with a termite situation that had nothing to do with them. It speaks to their customer service and professionalism. Their pricing was incredibly competitive. I had bids from artificial turf companies, paver companies, and companies who do it all like Falcon, but these guys had the best value by far and we're so glad we went forward. They truly brought our living space outside. I would 100% refer Joseph and Falcon Landscapes going forward!
