I would like to note that this comment was an over exaggerated, unjustified, childish attempt into bullying our company into looking bad. I will respond point by point to shine light onto this blatant attempt at defamation of our company. We serviced the Ingram’s property the first week of December like we do every season contrary to what Janice Ingram stated. Unfortunately, this season leaves were still on the trees extremely late and we had our first snow storm December 9th which caused us to cease leaf cleaning operations. We then received a full week of freezing weather, another snow storm, more frost and yet another snow storm December 15th. During all that time it was physically impossible to clean leaves. We have had two full days of workable weather and are currently working to service all of our clients 1 final time and we were planning to get to the Ingram’s neighborhood tomorrow, December 21st Thursday, which is her usual day of the week. Unfortunately, since Janice Ingram called our office and verbally abused our office staff in such an aggressive, derogatory manor we were not given a chance to let her know we would come tomorrow before she abruptly hung up the phone on us but not before threating to bad mouth us to anyone who could listen.
Just for the Record

- Janice Ingram failed to post any photos of the entire front of her home which is approx. 80 percent of the property which is extremely clean
- We are still able to use blowers in Pelham manor until April 30th of next year
- There is no premium pricing for December service, we charge a yard waste fee due to the fact the village of Pelham manor ceases its leaf collection December 15th which Mrs. Ingram failed to mention as well in her previous comments.
