I recently moved to Warren and had to bring the fence around the yard up to Code (the things you find out AFTER buying a home). I was encouraged by my real estate agent to reach out to Richard Crouch at Kent Greenhouse. I was worried how long it would take, how much it would cost and hoping for someone who was a straight talker. Richard and I met and walked around the yard, looking at each tree, its maturity, the shape of the yard: but this is why I'm giving a 5 star rating. Richard didn't start by talking about what kind of fence I needed, he started by looking at the yard and landscape, and suggested instead of a fence perhaps keeping the yard open, fencing in the pool instead, creating paths to certain trees in the distance, pointing out the stone wall hidden behind overgrown shrubbery. He was interested, engaged, even excited as we discussed possibilities. It was so unexpected, and SO refreshing. He left suggesting I think it over, not to rush (I had a few months before summer) and to call if I wanted to bounce any ideas off of him. I did decide to fence in the yard. The work was flawless, the price more than reasonable and Richard went above and beyond--he had his crew remove install the fence, remove discarded wood and branches, and at my request his crew took away all of the boxes and furniture left behind by the owner (always something when you move). I highly recommend working with Richard, or just meet him if you have a project in mind. When you meet him, you'll know exactly what I mean.
