About Us
I co-owned a landscape design/build company for 12 years, completing large projects for a college, multi-million dollar homes, custom home builders, as well as small "around the mailbox" landscape projects. My business began just after the drought in 2002, when the heavy rains caused major drainage problems. My company quickly became the "go-to" resource for drainage repair (mostly because we were willing to try anything and didn't give up until the problem was fixed). I worked at two different nurseries, as a nursery buyer and customer service representative. In addition to understanding landscape plants, placement and terrain, I also have experience with growing pest-free, chemical-free produce in my own yard. Utilizing companion planting, and Bio-Intensive techniques, I am able to easily grow an abundance of flavorful fruits, vegetables and herbs in a very small space.
Nature is diverse, it does not judge, it loves color, it connects people to each other and the universe and it offers an incredible healing power. - Betty Houston
