Hi Pam, I hope you are having an awesome day. I am surprised by the review but I also understand. I did run behind on the originally planned time schedule and when I did I also sent emails outlining the new expectations. I design until late at night and many times don't know until late that I won't have design work completed that day. So I send an email. You also requested images to be sent and it did take me a couple of days on those because I didn't understand your request at first because that particular request for 12 images was unusual and I needed your confirmation to understand it. But once I understood what you wanted I was happy to fulfill the request but had other requests ahead of yours and once they were done I filled yours. About our pricing, we charge industry standard pricing for all of our projects so if you compare pricing and the other person is using compost and soil mix, the same sized plants, healthy specimens from reputable dealers, and the hardscape was done up to the same standards we hold it should be the same. You had some guys putting in a fence at your home while I was there and we spoke about how much you were paying and it was very low for what they were doing, it seemed like they were subs for a local general contractor. You were creative at finding a way to save money on that project successfully. There are cheaper prices out there to be found for the creative person who wants to be their own contractor. I really hope you would consider taking down a two star review after all of the hard work I have done on your design and the creativity I have applied to your spaces made an amazing design. You didn't have a problem with the design you are just saying my service took longer than expected to complete the process and my prices were higher than expected. For this I don't think I should have a 2 star. You have an amazing design and have had a person who has helped literally hundreds of others have amazing spaces cater to your needs for a fair price. Please search your heart and compare prices with someone else and you will see that we have performed an excellent service for you. Hope you have a great Memorial Day weekend,
