Landscape Consultation & Design An on-site Landscape Consultation is ideal if you need design expertise for a small area, creative recommendations to improve an existing garden, or advice on tree selection and placement. The designer will provide inspiration and ideas, as well as practical advice on drainage, plant health and identification, and general horticultural information. A Landscape Design includes an expertly designed and beautifully rendered plan to suit your lifestyle and provide year-round beauty. The final plan will blend your desires with the designer’s vision to produce your ideal outdoor environment including overall garden structure, patios, pathways, retaining walls and lighting suggestions. A Southwood designed Master Plan is an investment in your home and many clients report referencing their plans for years. Consultation and design services are $125 for the first hour and $85 for each additional hour.* Landscape Installation & Specialized Maintenance Our professional Installation Service Team will bring your Master Plan to life. Southwood’s highly trained crews specialize in building stone, brick, or decorative concrete hardscapes, employing planting methods to help ensure your plants will thrive in our tough climate, and placing water features and lighting to highlight your favorite plants and your home’s architectural features. Southwood also offers horticultural maintenance services tailored to meet your needs. Our technicians have the skill required to perfectly prune, shape and clean your garden through spring clean-up services, specialized horticultural care, and seasonal color changes.
