Working as a Licenced Realtor it became increasingly obvious that homes that are staged and have great curb appeal: get more buyers in the door sell faster generally sell for more money I found sellers were generally overwhelmed with the idea of “tarting up” their house prior to listing, unsure of current trends, or just too busy to do the prep themselves. With most buyers trolling the MLS looking for potential properties it is utterly crucial to have clear, stunning photos/video tours of your home, landscape, and “wow” features.
