Tierra Designs Inc

Tierra Designs is based in North Vancouver, British Columbia and works in the surrounding lower mainland area. Greivin Gonzalez Chaves, owner and lead landscape designer from Tierra Designs, is also GardenWorks Nurseries designer. Greivin is originally from Costa Rica. He worked in the agricultural industry with flora and fauna since the age of fourteen. When he was a child, growing up on his parent’s farm, his fondest memories are learning about all the medicinal and ornamental plants in his mother’s garden. It was during this time that he began his love of transforming spaces which would lead to his eventual work in the landscape industry. It was during this time that Greivin developed his passion for transforming and maintaining green spaces and his eventual career path as a landscape designer. After moving to Vancouver he studied under Ron Rule at UBC completing his landscape design certificate. Greivin lives in North Vancouver with his wife and three children
