Artscapes landscaping has been in existence for 15 years. Owner, Tony Osborne has been doing Hudson Valley landscaping for approximately 25 years. He attended The University at New Paltz and received a B.F.A in Sculpture and Metalsmithing. These creative academic experiences are the foundation for his landscaping business. Artscapes is located in New Paltz N.Y. It services the entire Hudson Valley including New Paltz, Rosendale, High Falls, Stone Ridge, Pine Bush, Highland, Accord, Newburgh and Kingston. Our landscape professionals have designed and installed numerous residential and commercial plans. The landscape installations are created with longevity and low maintenance in mind.
