Horrible service. I received a lean on my house since he did NOT pay his workers and contractors. So they came knocking on my door demanding payment. I kept calling him to which I received no response. My only action was to write joint checks addressed to him and the intended recipient so that he could not cash for his own personal use.
Very smooth and says what you want to hear, but when push comes to shove, you are on your own. I filed a complaint with the contractor's license board to which he never responded.
